People just don't understand, Hybe is a business; a money machine that invests millions in a group etc. for profit. Business is not about personal feelings and feeling warm and fuzzy; it's about return of investment. When you become a liability or betray the hand that feeds you, then bad stuff happens not just at Hybe but in any large conglomerate in the real world.
Unless the company was built on your backs and because of you, you are just an employee of that company required to work, follow the rules and continue to make money if not you are replaceable. I hate to be blunt but this is just reality.

In 2021, Adore, a sub-label of Hybe, was founded with Hybe's 100% ownership. Min Hee-jin was given the position of CEO.
In March 2023, Min Hee-jin purchased 20% of Adore's stocks with money lent by Hybe's chairman Bang Si-hyuk, and received a put option equivalent to 13 times the operating profit for her 75% of stocks. (This is interpreted as a reward for her performance and to work together with Hybe for a long time.)
In December 2023, Min Hee-jin requested that the put option be increased to 30 times the operating profit, but the negotiations fell through. (This seems to have been the impetus for Min Hee-jin to put her desire to take over the company into action.)
In February 2024, Min Hee-jin planned to bring down Hybe and Bang Si-Hyuk, before all members of BTS finished their military service, when Hybe was at its weakest.
In March 2024, Min Hee-jin succeeded in getting New Jeans' parents on her side. (Min Hee-jin seemed to think this was important, as she was able to continue her planned media war by using one of the biggest fandom, the Bunnies.)
In April 2024, Min Hee-jin ordered her staff to take action against Hybe and said that she would take charge of a media war.
In late April 2024, Min Hee-jin’s plan to bring down Hybe was caught, which led to her holding a press conference. (Min Hee-jn gained a lot of followers through the press conference, but it was later found that many of her statements were false or fabricated.)

I seriously think everyone should just stop saying that nj did well by speaking up about the mistreatment they received blah blah… if to them, being ignored by another group and being ignored by the ceo is being mistreated, then they should not even be in this industry. What they should have done if they really felt like they were being mistreated is to ask for better treatment, ask for nj to be better managed.. but instead they choose to demand hybe to reinstate MHJ. Like hello??? Are they in their right mind? Also, my main concern with their behaviour is not them speaking up, but the disrespectful and rude way that they spoke out. Imagine a group that is only 2 years old and the members basically just kids not even in their 20s speaking so rudely to the company that made them. Let’s be honest here, without hybe’s money and influence, they would not be as successful as they are now. And not once, did they credit the company, but instead they placed all the credit on someone like MHJ. SMH. I’m definitely not standing on hybe’s side, but I think they should know how to be polite and respectful.

You made a few factual errors in your video because you seem to base your data on what Bunnies said:
    1) NJ contributed only 5% of HYBE's total profit. So, no. They don't have a leverage. BTS, TxT and Seventeen contributed way more than that.
    2) MHJ didn't resign as CEO of Ador. She was fired. That's why she is fighting to get the position back.
I honestly pity NJ because they seemed so clueless about everything that has been going on.
In the live, NJ said nobody protected them when they complained about what the manager said to one of the girls. They blamed the new CEO. Yet, the incident occurred a few months ago when MHJ was still the CEO. So, was NJ trying to say that MHJ didn't protect them?
NJ said nobody knows that they were going to do the Live. Yet, the next day, MHJ told KBS that she knew about it and had advised NJ not to do it. Why did NJ lie?
Even more puzzling, why did MHJ told KBS that NJ doing the Live may breach their exclusive contract with Ador! Why did MHJ expose NJ like that? Why???
