A question from people who don't understand about contract for work. Maybe you never work in company as employee or board director so you don't understand what a company is.

In nj’s case pay the penalty and leave. Mhj talked to a lot of private fund managers and investors so they y]could get the money to pay the penalty and set themselves up elsewhere, granted that they may have restrictions like non-compete clauses and that the nj ip would still remain with Ador but they can still leave if they think it’s so bad. It’s unrealistic/naive for these girls to think that re-instating mhj will mean business is back to being the same as before as both mhj and now the girls have maligned the company and management, said company and management that would continue to be the hand that would need to feed them and their growth.

MHJ doesn't want to leave Hybe despite her "slave contract" and "mistreatment". An employee who is treated unfairly should first get out of that toxic environment, hire a lawyer and then sue. But obviously MHJ won't do that because nothing in MHJ's contract is slave worthy and she isn't mistreated or bullied. The same goes for NewJeans. When i think about JK second post "don't use them" i can only think that he was refering to MHJ. I know people will say that BTS definitely manage their own ig accounts which I do believe is true for them, but personally I think a dog account can be something an artist can easily share passwords/grant access to someone else since its not really their personal account, and therefore its easy to grant family members or managers access to it so they can post for the artist when they are gone and update the fans about their dog. But that's just my speculation on this matter and of course no one has to agree (but like I said this is all just an opinion here since I felt like sharing within this space so hopefully we have a healthy discussion and I am wondering if anyone had similar theories/thoughts as me or has this ignited new theories?).

The audacity of those girls to demand this of Hybe when they don't realize that they are still expendable at this point of their career?! In nj’s case pay the penalty and leave. Mhj talked to a lot of private fund managers and investors so they y]could get the money to pay the penalty and set themselves up elsewhere, granted that they may have restrictions like non-compete clauses and that the nj ip would still remain with Ador but they can still leave if they think it’s so bad. It’s unrealistic/naive for these girls to think that re-instating mhj will mean business is back to being the same as before as both mhj and now the girls have maligned the company and management, said company and management that would continue to be the hand that would need to feed them and their growth.

MHJ doesn't want to leave Hybe despite her "slave contract" and "mistreatment". An employee who is treated unfairly should first get out of that toxic environment, hire a lawyer and then sue. But obviously MHJ won't do that because nothing in MHJ's contract is slave worthy and she isn't mistreated or bullied. The same goes for NewJeans. They are "mistreated" but they also are not suing like Loona, 50-50, CBX. Why? Because they are lying, have no evidence unlike Loona did and most importantly they don't want to leave Hybe. Newjeans want MHJ back in Ador which is under Hybe. That's their demand. Both Newjeans and their parents are relying on MHJ to walk amd want to stay at Hybe.
Let's say none of this whole Hybe/MHJ had happended. She worked there until 2026 but then her contract expires. So if in 2026 Hybe hired a new employee or MHJ just didn't want to work for Hybe anymore then what would NewJeans do. Be like Mama you can't leave me and thrown a tantrum. Like imagine F(x), Red velvet, NCT dream who were also debuted under the guidance of MHJ did the same.
The best part about being an artist is getting to work with different people which shows to you different perspective. But then again Newjeans aren't artist, they are the classic example of maufactured product that the world use to describe K-pop idols. People get jobs, move jobs, even if they work at same same places the boss changes often. At banks, manager changes every 4-5 yrs imagine bank employess doing a YT live to get old boss back. That's not how things work. When I worked at bank for a 2 months for internship my supervisor changed 3 times. I didn't even know that was possible. But you just work because that's what you are there for.
If you don't want these frequent and sudden changes open your own business where you are boss. If MHJ and NewJeans want to be together forever, they need to leave Hybe and open their own entertainment company then everything will be fine.

If HYBE were to somehow lose, again, if it were me, until the end of MHJ's contract,the 16th floor would develop maintenance issues. Since the building has limited space, I would be happy to pay for facilities way off-site for NJ practice & recording but keep the CEO office at HYBE.

Sometime in Oct 2024, Hybe management would have an idea how each group performed in 3rd quarter results. The 25 Sep deadline only serves to dampen nj's own value. By Nov when these results are announced publicly, even if nj gets their ceo back or they somehow leave with their ceo, they may very well find difficulty in getting external investors to put in money based on their current unprofessional attitude. Not the smartest girls in the industry.
