Wow! I did not realize how the layout was just exactly like the Vista class ships! It really looked so familiar to our cruise we were just on a week ago on the Carnival Vista! We even had many of the same dinner selections. It was great to see you and Matthew hanging out with so many of our cruise friends!! Praying for Sharon's momma.

I must try the Firenze while it's in Long Beach. The problem is always that parking structure since we drive to the port. I must convince the husband to bite the bullet and book! Thanks for this great video.
That parking structure is horrible and cannot handle the amount of passengers with the cruise ships there. We got stuck parking at the convention center last time.

I was on another ship in Nassau when we saw the Venezia. It had just been rebranded from Costa. They repainted the hulls but fortunately Costa starts with C so they didn't have to change the funnels.

I’m actually going to use your tip regarding about going pull into the queen mart parking lot as well and I’m wondering if you do see this message how far or close can you pull up to the dome with a car when you pull up into the queen mart lot

How far is it from that port to where NCL ships leave out of? Sailing from there in November. Any tios of an affordable place to stay close to port would be appreciated. Happy sailing
Port of Los Angeles is about 10 minutes away from Port of Long Beach. You could stay in Long Beach night before, or look for a spot closer in San Pedro.
Sitting at the bar? Is he old enough? My husband and I sat at a bar to wait for a table to open. But they told us our son couldn't sit there cuz he was only 17.
Was that on Firenze?? We sat at the bar together a few times..maybe he just looks old enough to not ask.

Hard to believe a cruise professional is telling everyone to open the corridor doors before the posted time. Give the room attendants and porters the time and space to do their jobs, and have a little patience!
Apparently you didn't hear what he said. Diamond, platinum, suites and FTTF are allowed to go to their room and drop their bags off.

Jay, it's not an entitlement in the way you are meaning. It's a Perk for being Loyal to the Cruise Line..just like having a separate Guest Services line, and getting priority tenders on tender port days, priority online check in, priority dining reservations and getting priority embarkation and disembarkation. Almost every business offers perks for their repeat customers, and that is just one of the perks.
