4 Bean Brisket Chili - Perfect use for that leftover brisket!

- Smoked a brisket last weekend and it came out great. But there were a lot of leftovers. So instead of eating brisket sandwiches for days on end, we decided to see how it tasted in Chili. It was AWESOME! I think there are some more tweaks that I would do next time around though.
Left over brisket?!?!
Yes, and it came out totally awesome. The brisket added just enough smoky flavor to make it really, really good. Got the idea from a BBQ group on FB. I think I will try a couple more twists next time but it's definitely worth trying if you have leftovers.

@@jodu626 Yep. Normally I save brisket until I have a lot of company but there were only 4 of us. Brisket was huge so lots of leftovers for brisket and egg burritos in the morning and the chili that night.
