Kyle does such a great job at breaking down complex topics and patiently explaining best practices and the reasons behind them. RUclips is better with his presence.
OH MY GOOOD! MY FAVORITE CROSSOVERRRR Kyle taught me so much when I was starting at JavaScript, and even nowdays he refreshses me about some good practices or really sofisticated ES features. Hugs for you both, guys, you inspire me!
Whether you following or not, But, thanks to kyle. Now I'm a full stack developer, Because only kyle.. Whenever I got even a basic doubt, just tap kyle videos. He will sure made that video. Love from india
Just last night, I was watching Kyle and thinking ‘How can I get this guy to share his story on how he got so good’ - I imagined he would say the things he’s saying on this podcast. I scroll through RUclips this morning and here we are , the interview I was hoping for ! Good job guys.
First time listening/watcher. This was great! This is the type of front-end conversations I’m interested in as a mid-level developer. The dialogue was very good. I’ve had some struggle with other podcasts where it seemed a little dry, but you all‘s conversation was very engaging and the content was good. Appreciate the podcast!
When Kyle described his background I got deja vu! I am also a Computer Engineer so I learned a bunch of hardware and had one class my senior year on web development. I decided to pursue the Software side and now I am a Software Eng. and not even working with hardware the slightest bit.
@@BeyondCodingHardware is immutable. Once it’s shipped, it can’t be reconfigured through an Internet connection. But it exists so that software developers can program it to do anything they want, and they can reconfigure it as much and as often as they like. Because of these things, hardware engineers exists solely for building the machines for many more software developers to utilize and for special use cases, and so there is a much larger pool of software developers than hardware engineers with more probability of such experiences.
i can't explain my whole intention because i am ethiopian and my english is so limited but i wanna express my sencerest love for kyle and all of his contents. kyle you are the way to be a greate developer specially for me🥰🥰🥰
Thanks, Patrick for bringing Kyle on a Podcast. I know programming-related stuff, and after going through Kyle's content I learn about serving the quality work he is doing and still a date learning from his content. And Just want to say thank you for this Podcast.
I found this podcast helpful and a bit motivating. I'm about 6 weeks into html and CSS and sometimes the discipline alone to study doesn't seem to be enough. I've been compounding the study with some hands on work with VS code to implement them and code simultaneously (learning using Mimo.) It is gratifying writing up basic parody pages of current events on VS code as I learn. Surprised Microsoft hasn't kicked me off yet. . Keep the podcasts coming.
opened youtube and searched tech podcast then clicked on the one that looked good....didn't know it would turn out to be great i am a beginner and you just mentioned the beginner challenges am running to personally have gotten the concept of trying out first before getting into it deeply couple months wouldn't hurt right? haha anyway i loved the content 👍
I am just like Kyle, learning a lot of stuff about the hardware of the computer(cause of my university), but I am interested in the software part and especially web development(I know the struggle😢)
@@BeyondCoding I would say, it makes the main channel look neater, since the Shorts are posted often, it sometimes distracts people from what they look for in the channel. So, not everyone likes them to pop up in their feed, however, they love the content of the channel. 🙂
Hey guys I start my cs classes in august but I wanna work on projects and learn some coding to be ahead of the curve any free website that I can use to study and learn how to code
can someone also explain where the future of Frontend is going (five years down the line maybe)? Is it a disappearing field given that AI can code most stuff today? It would help really clear up the path I want to be on
Absolutely! I've covered it in more recent episodes of the podcast as well! This one for example: ruclips.net/video/7iBLidwN49o/видео.html TLDR of the Q&A, I definitely think it's worth it to be in this field. But I do think responsibilities will evolve :)

Hey bro! Which software do you use for podcast recording!
Hi Patrick, Which software did you use to record this podcast? Can you please suggest one for me? I want to start an online podcast soon. Waiting for your reply.
This episode was recorded with Zoom and Zencastr! And Kyle sent me a separate audio file from his end for the highest quality 🙌 I've since stopped doing remote episodes though because some of the audio issues 😅
I know nothing of coding or even understand it, so i look to you guys for insight into your grid and how it works. I didnt know where to post it but could you guys write an app or a program that alows individuals to sell there personal data to these entities rather then them just obtaining it for free so maybe we the consumer might be able to prifit off our own personal and confidential data that these entities are making BILLIONS with i believe you could do it beit legal or not>

The part about actually understanding what you're copying and pasting from stack overflow is really important.
mr Kyle speaks calm/slow usually, here he speaks fast
Hard to contain yourself sometimes when you're passionate about something haha
My first thought as well!
I actually thought my phone was set to 1.5x speed 😅
I think he uses a computer to normalise his speed.
no it's just called situational awareness
I had to look twice at the playback speed to see why it was running at 2x /s 👀😀
great talk, thx guys!
Thank you! 😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Kyle is such a nice guy, he has always been helpful when I chatted with him
Absolutely! ❤️
This guy in easily one of the best instructors on this platform.

@@BeyondCoding Thank You for recording such a insightful podcast....
why he is so handsome

When people really stress 'front end' 'back end', it just shows to me how n00b they are, no offence.
Interesting! In what way do you mean?
