He's an inspiration in lot of ways and for many people honnestly, not just for LGTBG community, bc apart from being gay and having the value to make it public he's such a great guy, an amazing singer/artist/person who deserves all the love and support. I've seen a lot of comments saying how people were homophobic until they started watching troye sivan or learned to accept someone close to them because of troye. This isn't exactly the case for me, I'm not homophobic and never have been but troye sivan has helped me accept myself and my bisexuality

@Keeping up with the lambily - you're right, but there are people out there who absolutely detest people stereotyping gay people, but the fact remains that stereotyping is REAL and ACCURATE in this case. It is and always has been a fact that the MAJORITY of gay men look and behave in a feminine way (dress and act in a camp way) and conversely lesbians try to look like men (short cropped hair and rarely wear dresses - I mean have you ever seen Ellen DeGeneras wear a dress - no exactly). It's a genetic/chromosome thing. I'm not saying it's wrong, but it's a fact and one just has to open one's eyes and ears and look around you in a gay environment and see for yourselves.
Honestly, I know a LOT of straight guys who dress better than some gay guys I know. They also have a lot of the mannerisms of gay guys, but they are attracted to females. Likewise, I know a number of gay guys who have no fashion sense (myself being one of them) and also seem to have "straight mannerisms". These days, you can never be sure.
As the old saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover
Leigh May - but straight guys who act slightly feminine are very much in the minority of how straight guys behave. I'm sorry, but that is very much the case.
