Great video! I have 6 birds including a baby parrotlet, an Amazon, two Indian ringnecks, and two cockatiels. We clean their cages everyday and clean their food and water bowls everyday since they love dipping pellets in their water. We do a deep clean every weekend since they’re so messy 😂 another pro I would add is that they are not usually picky eaters, so they love fruits, vegetables, grains, and more. And a con I would add is that if you like using candles, sprays, etc, do not get a bird because those things can kill a bird.

Thank you for your video. I get so frustrated when I look for a video and have to listen and watch mostly about how the person looks and talks about everything but the subject. Your video was impressive to me. You yourself are well groomed well spoken but talked about the subject

Depending on your bird you may need to get their beak and nails trimmed.
Birds are not always loyal in the sense you are talking about. Your bird may not like you and so will just tolerate your presence.
Not all parrot species have the ability to talk/mimic, and some even if they have the ability may never talk.

Birds aren’t loyal if you want a pet that will love you no matter what get a dog birds are narcissistic I’m not saying birds won’t love you it’s just they care about what you do and if you do something they don’t like they could hate you and possibly never want to go near you again

I have an adorable male parrotlet who is four years old. He is highly intelligent and communicative. We bond perfectly-he never bites me unless he is pissed off because I am not paying attention to him. At night he is very quiet - he sleeps through - in a dark room with the shutters closed and will not chirp until I speak to him in the morning. He is tame and loves playing with me and sitting on my shoulder when he is out of his cage.😮😅😊

How easy is to care/clean for them? What about the smell? And also the cost? Did you get him from a breeder or pet shop?

I’m not sure because idk how loud lovebirds are but parrotlets can’t get pretty loud

Birds dont smell? Literally my entire reason of not getting them. I suppose its their poop but you'd have to really stay on top of cleaning for it to not stink.
Every persons place ive ever been to, the room with the birds stank.
