My opinion of her is completely changed, thank you trish. I have way too much in common with olivia starting with my European “witch” nose that hook’s downward with a big bump in the middle. I lost my mom and grandma in 2016 and ever since then, I’ve turtled in on myself and have lived in my shell ever since. People are so cruel with their words to say the least and I’ve lost a lot a people due to the fact I lost my mom, its insane. Anyways, I’m saying this because I can’t thank you enough for bringing the best guests on and changing my opinion of people as well as connecting to them through trauma and showing me and many others that we’re not alone in this world of pain. Love u trish

Olivia is such an anxiety girly, and as a girl with an anxiety disorder I kept relating to literately everything she was saying, and Trisha kept up with validation but keeping it like girly-talk and chill, I loved this podcast sm and the flow and relatability was so fetch tbh

OLIVIA! omg loved the podcast and just wanna say thank you for sharing your struggles and experiences as a writer ❤ all my life i’ve wanted to write and finish a novel to publish but i always had the same inner dialogue of trying to write through the perspective of someone else, somewhere else. i think i didn’t see the value in sharing my own story and experiences, when that’s probably the best thing i can do. i started writing chapter one today, and saw this after starting and it really inspired me to keep going. THANK YOU!

I can relate to Olivia so much. I went from being heavily bullied in high school by men too and being ugly. I’ll never forget being called the ugliest girl in our year level and like the weirdest one. I have had a glow up now but I STILL feel like I am the girl in high school coz I haven’t fully healed from that bullying etc. thanks for talking about this Olivia 💕 I’m also 30 and discovering all of this and you’re only 24 and killing it with the emotional intelligence

Trisha I mean this out of the kindness of my heart and not to be offensive AT ALL! But after watching your episode with Olivia and her talking about misdiagnosed personality disorders in women, I really really think you would benefit from an ADHD screening! I was misdiagnosed my entire childhood/teenage years with BPD, anxiety and depression! Turns out I have ADHD! Anxiety and depression were symptoms of my ADHD and I have never felt more heard and understood in my life! My mom also got diagnosed with ADHD at 40! We’re finally getting properly treated and I’ve been so much more understanding and in tune with my emotions! 💕 I know we don’t know each other (I don’t have some weird parasocial relationship with you lol) but I’ve been watching you for WELL over 10 years now and seeing what you’ve shared with us (thank you btw it got me through A LOT) I’ve never related more to a person on social media than you and really think it’s worth looking into! I’ve worked in healthcare for over 5 years now and I really hope this doesn’t come off rude! Just after watching you with all these other neurodiverse creators and seeing how much you can relate to them I just think it’s worth a gander! Even if you don’t actually relate to these people, the way you can chameleon yourself in any situation to get along with ANYONE is SUCH an ADHD trait! 💕💕

This is my favorite episode I’m obsessed. It feels like a sleepover
I really resinate with Olivia about the bullying and body dysmorphia. I’ve worked hard on healing myself so I’m sending her the best healing vibes. I was bullied for a birth defect, I was born w/ a tumor pulling on my retina so my eye slightly isn’t aligned and I was called “crazy eyed Katie”, learned it started from my friend and I went into adulthood thinking I’m like the monster in scary stories to tell in the dark.. I settled for being treated like trash by men because “we accept the love we think we deserve”
I’m 27 now and I wish I could say that it goes away entirely but if you work hard, you can heal yourself. And it’s unfair we have to heal the damage that others did but we will rise higher than those we who bullied us. ❤
