I haven't ordered from Slatkin & Co. in forever! I finally caved when I saw their Bing Cherry Cola scent and had to order multiple! Plus although the member appreciation week from BBW wasn't that stellar I couldn't refuse the $10 off $30 bringing 3 wicks down to under $10!

Great haul Lizzy! I don’t have any info, but my guess is that Homeworx will have a decent sale for Memorial Day. I’ve really been enjoying that Salted Soft Pretzel candle. Glad your son’s birthday party went well. 😊

Hey Lizzy. Glad the party went good. Fun haul. I just got my amalfie lemon mist today . I love it. I’m planning on passing on the firecracker pop this season, I really want the flag one that’s like painted lines. Just haven’t done it yet lol yea the Slatkins take up more space. Been awhile since I bought from them too
Yeah the firecracker pop bodycare packaging is also a dud I might get a shower gel at sas if 75% off to use this summer maybe...

No code with homeworx I thought about it but I already slack with kringle and didn't want to try and keep up with another brand 😅. Yeah I probably should've only gotten 2 of the cherry cola but didn't know when I might place another order so I rationalized to get the 4 since I couldn't order the other scents for the bogo 40% that I wanted to try! 😒

Lizzy you cracked me up with the Jury Duty.😂 Years ago I had jury duty and was put on a murder trial. I was like what!?! How long is this going to last.🤣 So glad the corn on the cob candle doesn't smell like Buttered Popcorn from bbw. Whew! All three candles sound good. Can't wait to get mine. I agree, I feel like this years Love Always Wins scent smells better than last years. Great haul!!😀
Omg a murder trial?! That's crazy did you guys decide guilty or innocent? How long was that trial? The one I was chairwoman for was for a drug case and lasted maybe 2 days. Looking forward to what you think when you're homeworx candles arrive!
@@Hayesel83 The murder trial only lasted 4 days. On day 4 the guy accused of murder pleaded guilty to accept a plea deal with a lesser sentence.
When they were doing the jury selection, I just thought it was for some sort of theft case. When they finally told us it was a murder case I'm sure my mouth hit the floor.😮😂
Fun haul I got just the pretzel and cherry cola ones. Also got the ugly firecracker pop too and used the coupon in store and online. Say my son’s baby girl was born early this weekend and ended up in the nicu with complications. She was transferred downtown tonight to a level 4 NICU and will need surgery. Keep us in your thoughts ok! Thank you!

I also luv cherry n cola scents so I did order 2 of the Bing Cherry Cola candles n mine are very light as well! I am burning one right now n I literally can't smell anything! I have the candle right next to me on my bedside table n I smell nothing! This is so sad! I'll let the other one sit for awhile but I'm pretty disappointed with them! The actual scent is more Cola than cherry to me so that's a bummer too! This was also my first order from them this year except I did purchase a set of the Iced Cherry Fizz candles from QVC n they are a little better, but still not that strong for burning in my bedroom! I see that Homeworx still hasn't figured out the strength n throw of their candles yet so this will be my last order from them! I hope ur candles work out much better for u! 🙂 I'm so happy ur son had a wonderful birthday party n I hope they are both doing well! 🙂
Oh that is so disappointing about your cherry cola. I'll have to burn one soon and see...😒 I didn't know qvc had an iced cherry fizz I probably would've purchased those if I had known lol.
Yea, QVC has had a bunch of different scents that Slatkin & Co. doesn't have! Each collection they bring on the website, on QVC there's a few others in that set that are different! The ICF was part of the summer drinks collection, I think! They have a Key Lime Cake candle n several others but the good ones sale out pretty quickly, especially the new ones! U have to check the on QVC fairly often to see wat they have! I think ICF is on waitlist right now but I'm sure they'll restock it soon, hopefully! It's a fizzy cherry with lime kinda scent n it's ok but it's pretty weak too but I can faintly smell it in my bedroom!
Hey sis I have a question, how do you use ur rewards twice? Do you do a bopis order first and add ur reward to the cart. Then u go in store and get ur order plus pick out another reward? Or do you get ur reward in store first then do a bopis for ur reward plus whatever else ur buying? Thanks in advance 😊
So build your cart online add rewards you want to use on items in your cart make sure they're available for bopis - dint check out. Go in store shop get the items you want to use rewards on and pull the barcode up on your phone to have cashier scan. Afterwards I usually try within 24hours I will place my bopis order from online and when I pick that up my rewards dint get deducted twice only that initial in store purchase as I think online hasn't registered yet those reward codes were used as it still has them sitting in your cart ready to check out. Does that make sense?
Oh so after I pick up my bopis order submitt my online order 24 hours later?
@@ShopandMorewithKimberlyNSantos no don't submit your bopis order just have your cart ready for checkout, go do your in store purchases and have the cashier scan your reward codes then afterwards checkout online it can be for bopis or shipping they'll use the codes you preloaded in your cart that you just scanned in store so you're using them twice before they're removed from your acct 😊

Hey Lizzy I put an update on my previous comment but when I didn’t hear a response I finally decided to look and I can’t even find my comment anymore ☹️ so I decided to just make a new one. I can’t figure out RUclips and I’m not even going to try. So baby Amelia had surgery last Thursday and she is still recovering ❤️🩹 Even after all the testing that was done this was still missed. What was wrong with her I had never really heard of before but if not corrected she would not survive. So she had something called Intestinal Atresia where a part of her intestine never opened up therefore blocking her digestive system off right below the stomach. So nothing could pass through and everything came back up. They finally did the special test with the dye and saw it just stop! So the neonatal surgeon had to create a bypass connecting the upper and lower intestines. She’s been on a morphine drip and has lots of tubes while she heals. Put in a picc line for nutrients etc. She has a suction tube down her mouth to pump out fluid etc. They have been waiting to see if things start moving on their own. Yesterday they heard gurgling sounds indicating it’s trying to start working and then last night a small bowl movement 👏 her first since she was born!!! Who ever imagined praying 🙏 for your baby to 💩 😊 They are hoping this means the bypass was successful and they turned of the suction to see if her body can start absorbing now. If she does ok they will start with small amounts of breast milk to feed her. They said she wants to eat!!! Poor baby wonders why she feels so hungry! I’m 9 days old where’s my food! So now it’s just a waiting game to see if her system can start working on its own! She was only 3lb 2oz at surgery but I’m so glad she had been in a NICU where the nurses caught the symptoms right away. Thank you for your continued prayers they are much appreciated!

I am so sorry this is happening it must have been so terrifying but I'm so glad they diagnosed it and sounds like the procedure worked! 🥲 I've never heard of that before either and cannot imagine baby Amelia not able to feed due to intestinal issues! Yes I will continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers that she gets stronger and can start eating up all that breastmilk and that everything is smooth from here on out! You must be exhausted with worrying! I would love to see her little picture if you want to share it in my ig dm but understand if you or your son aren't comfortable with that! ❤️🩹❤️🩹
