I 100% agree about banana daiquiri. I don’t know where everyone got the idea that it smells like an authentic true banana….it’s a mature banana runtz smell. Still amazing and the throw is 7/10

Have you tried Apricot & Wildberry from QVC??? Since you love apricot (HWorx is certainly making me a believer) and Berry Trifle...generally speaking, it's like Berry trifles, younger, more tropical sister to me. The Apricot really shines. And throws a nice medium! I ordered another set after surprisingly burning through the first one. I think it's perfect for transitioning to Summer.
And you know what...now that you say that...the added musk might be why I LOVED Banana Daiquiri because I was so expecting not to. I'm typically not into drink scents. I don't have anything like it in my collection. You're onto something there... Clover Blossom. Ugh. Nope. Deceiving. Orange Creamsicle...they could've paired OG Orange Sorbet with Creamy Dreamy Vailla and nailed it!

Vanilla coconut sorbet smells like Windex glass cleaner to me. I don’t like it on cold at all. I haven’t burned mines yet, but I honestly don’t think I am going to like that one.

Love the haul! I agree with the lack of a strong creamy note in the Orange Creamsicle. I actually like the Coconut Sorbet, but I can see where it’s not for everyone. The Strawberry Cupcake is not very strong for me on the first 2 burns 😒. I’m excited for my Banana Daquiri to arrive.
I have Apricot & Beach Sage from when it was in his blue Hampton set. It's very pretty but a bedroom scent for me. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert ever and love everything blueberry but I never like cheesecake scents so passed on that one. Not a caramel scent fan, but jumped to buy the Orange Creamsicle and Strawberry Milkshake.
Okay I’m a candle rookie. That said I was gifted a slatkin and co candle (summer watermelon) and I was surprised to find that the company is now Homeworx. My question is a simple one. Are the Homeworx by Slatkin candles as good as the older Slatkin & Co candles?
I noticed we like some of the same scents from the 2018 classics. He perfected the authenticity on the cantaloupe in ssm. Have you had a chance to try lotus pear.? That’s the one I’ve been eyeing and I haven’t seen a thing on it yet. Nice haul.. great cold descriptions.
To me, strawberry cupcake is 100% strawberry poundcake. I cannot believe nobody has said it! I also have to complete disagree on caramel cake! It smells like the glazed cinnamon bun from bbw. Smells like Cinnabon to me!!
I know you’re more of a candle guy, but you have to try Destination Wax. Her blends are some of the best and she knows what she is doing!
