This is a new update to our speed limiter for NIU scooters. With the press of a button on the external remote, you can lock the speed of your scooter. This can be helpful if you have family members or perhaps a spouse for which it can be dangerous to drive fast. Combined with our programmable motherboards and you can program the speed of mode one.
