was talking about the imnci guideline for pneumonia for which amoxicillin was given! It is not a macrolide! The answer to the question though is Macrolides which is marked being a classic case of whooping cough!

The case at around 5 minutes seems whooping cough. And macrolides doesn't include penicillin, they include Azithromycin etc
