Can we all appreciate that Reigen, on the off-chance that Toichiro didn't have a shield up, was prepared to murder the dude to protect his assistant? He didn't sweat, didn't shiver and fired a great shot that looks like it would've gone straight through the Boss's throat. We know Reigen is the king of faking it, but seeing Mob like this, he didn't second-guess. What a legend.
The oddly interesting thing about his character is that Reigen IS the king of faking it, but he also has some actual real-world skills to back up his silliness. He knows that his business of psychic healing is kinda bullshit, but he can at least give someone a good massage every once in a while. He even knows regular martial arts to some degree, and is pretty good at reading social cues. Reigen is the perfect foil to the universe of Mob Psycho. The line that captured it best for me was in the first season when he says basically, "these people wage epic battle against middle school children---they're the ones who have never developed." Reigen is the perfect antithesis to the casual absurdity of the series's universe.

@@Ohyony I think it was mob through the tv and the objects weren't glowing to let the audience see what it was like for the journalists (as normal people probably wouldn't see the glowing strobe lights his power produces). i do agree that it would be absolutely sick for reigen to have powers, but the point of that specific episode was that mob had started to realise he may be faking but stuck around anyway because his 'master is a good person' (the line he says at the end of the episode after reigen assumes that he knows the truth) and they care about each other
Can we talk about how perfectly he has the gun trained on him? Good firing, excellent grip/hold, and steel nerves. You have to think what training he had prior to his con business.
Ya know this is actually a pretty solid play by Reigen considering most esper's probably wouldn't have the speed and skill necessary to stop a speeding bullet, he really went out of his way to show up and do the best he as a normal human could do.

Nah, his 10% isn't equal to Mob's 100%. Mob just didn't bring his A-game yet, as you can see from the very end of the episode. Next episode is when we'll see Mob get truly serious with his power.
Mob's 100% that you see in the anime all the time is his emotional explosion, that doesn't instantly mean that is how his power level is measured, it's how he will go to emotional breakdown and release 1-1000% of his power. Or depends on how he was feeling. In the next 2 episodes, you will see many different kinds of power levels his different emotions got.

Welp my question has finally been answered. If the "Boss" 10% is equal to Mob's 100% then he's definitely stronger than Mogami.
Just Imagine Next Episode outcome mob beat him with friendship over his strength since it work on mogami *a ghost that can take souls* but that's just a horrible opinion.

Nah, his 10% isn't equal to Mob's 100%. Mob just didn't bring his A-game yet, as you can see from the very end of the episode. Next episode is when we'll see Mob get truly serious with his power.
Mob's 100% that you see in the anime all the time is his emotional explosion, that doesn't instantly mean that is how his power level is measured, it's how he will go to emotional breakdown and release 1-1000% of his power. Or depends on how he was feeling. In the next 2 episodes, you will see many different kinds of power levels his different emotions got.
