My current team is Scarlett, noir, Blanc, Litter and Drake. I own everyone on this list except Modernia and Senti. I'm considering replacing Drake with Dorothy. Should I make any different changes to my team?
Dorothy is a substitute to Liter, not Drake. You can replace Drake with Modernia (in case you have her), Privaty to buff scarlet and Dorothy, Alice if you have Overload gear and resources to make her 10/4/10. Side note: you will need to adapt your team (change Nikkes) to specific circumstances of the current stages later on, unless you are above the required BP (which is rare if you are not a whale or lucky with manufacturer gear/nikke copies). On top of nikkes you named i like to use Centi,Rapunzel and occasionally Helm. There are stages when you need insane burst gen and shields (Centi); to have constant healing/ability to sacrifice one nikke just to res her couple of seconds later (Rapunzel)/ or need timed extra healing (helm). But this is only for story chapters. List goes on in tower/SR/UR/PVP. And don't be afraid to experiment. Some weird comps can do wonders.

Solid Tier List. i do think that based on the situation scarlet and modernia indeed can swap the number 1 spot. but i think you got confused on moderina burst part because surprisingly she deals less damage when she enters her burst and i don't think she is more versatile than scarlet. i do think scarlet is simply on another level when it comes to pvp since emma alone makes moderina useless. and in end game with overgeared equipments scarlet scaling becomes unfair. i do think most people prefer the one they got more copies on. and every like moderina because she actually got her own banner which is actually a huge and a very nice thing. honestly i'm glad they somehow managed to make a new character equal to scarlet and can be better and worse. if somebody says moderina is better i honestly would not disagree or agree . feel free to tell me what parts you like on modernia over scarlet so i would learn a thing or two and please don't be like OH SCARLET DAMAGES HER SELF.
I’d second the fact that Scarlet is more useful in more places especially PVP, but in terms of damage output against bosses (holds true for all SI) and certain mob stages (capture the flag) I get more damage on Modernia than Scarlet when on the same team more often than not. This is with both on 4x max OL gear with ATK% on all 4 pieces and 60%+ max ammo on 2 pieces each, also Scarlet is on max Resilience cube while Modernia is on Bastion L4. The caveat is that Modernia has to _not_ burst against bosses or she loses her single target DPS, and that her damage scales with FPS aka she can’t output as much on mobile. Scarlet on the other hand is immense in hard campaign/tower stages where you need someone to instantly screenclear or your team gets deleted, Modernia can potentially get more damage but needs to stay out of cover which she doesn’t always have the luxury of. I would rate both around the same level.
I'm on mobile so maybe it's not fair, but Scarlet always outdamages Modernia. I put Modernia as my active character though because Scarlet's reloads makes her frustrating to play with but whenever I look at the graphs, it is not even close. My Modernia also has worse gear but this was true before my Scarlet got great gear, just now Scarlet doubles the damage. This is even with Modernia having one more star as well. Story wise Modernia is cute but Scarlet is so cool. A drunk but also level headed. A farmer but also a ninja assassin against raptures. During the Over Zone she always seemed to me the most analytical but also with the highest EQ. TLDR: Scarlet ez #1. If Zxous had her, he would agree.
@@pawacoteng I'm not surprised, that is the discrepancy between PC and mobile which ShiftUp needs to fix. Banning macros in the next patch is one thing, but the developers need to find a better way to close the gap between PC and mobile players, whether it be through better optimization or more efficient auto play. I get about a quarter or higher more damage when playing on PC compared to mobile, mostly from Modernia (Alice on the other hand can absolutely double her own damage on PC), which forces me to play tougher modes like Tower, Hard campaign and Raids there. This is something that needs addressing. About Overzone - I thought Snow White was the one with the highest EQ! Haha. Love everything else about Scarlet though.

Its pretty much these 9 nikkes and 10th spot is variable. Drake and maxwell have similar support skills for the team and works in the same 3rd spot as privaty and dont have the ammo debuff that its not beneficial if you dont have last bullet mechanics. Other nikkes like snow white are specialist in bosses and do insane dmg but as you said dmg its not the only thing to be top. Anyway. Nice quality video
Pretty good list, though I would swap Blanc-Noir's positions and put Scarlet on #1. Modernia can be better than her on some campaign stages but not in general.
Anis good, needs high investment though (at least 9/7/9 skills), helm is ok, but only as CDR in 5th solo raid team, easily replaceable in most situations).
@@RUclipsDweller8008by the time you reach the point you unlock her she gets outshined by built B2's, my Rupee is core 3 with full OL by the time I got Guilty so Guilty is worthless trash with how hard it is to get the Dupes and having to waste resources to even get on par with Rupee who I didn't have to spend a month+ to unlock
@@GenryuSaitoGuilty is easily stronger than Rupee.. And there is no way you yet a core 3 Rupee in one month, lol what kind of luck (or unluck) is that?

@@GenryuSaito nope, she doesn't get outshined, she gets on par with other top b2s and they are all situational, except Blanc. When you use Guilty in comps that she shines in, she can't be replaced (aka shotgun teams and close range stages). And in those cases my 0 star 0 OL Guilty is better than my 3 OL mlb Rupee. They all have their use, just deal with it.
@@Kaylas1821 your Rupee must be hot garbage then I got full OL with full Attk/Crit/Elemental Attack/Max Ammo on all 4 pieces, when I say built I MEAN BUILT not what ever shtty slots yours has it's not even comparable.
I dont think Privaty is top 10 worthy, but to each their own. She is good synergy with a few characters but horrible with most. I agree with the rest of the list, for most situations. I think a top 10 for each activity in the game would be more accurate.
Agree with Modernia on 1. Scarlet damage is broken, but you need some units to support her. But for Modernia you don't, she can be put in any teams with her only weakness being PVP
Hm, I disagree with Rapunzel being the best healer, I'd give that to Noise since she doubles as a tank and can self heal through almost anything the game can throw at her (when manually controlled).
Starting out? Yeah Alice is not that great because she requires major investment. But with OL, she is outperforming Modernia and Scarlet against bosses easily. She's also amazing for late game mob boss clearing because she can literally erase majority bosses before mobs even begin attacking. When you manual her shots she puts out WAYYY more damage as well.
