- Scarlet is one of, if not the most desired reroll target for new players in NIKKE. She's a flexible DPS unit that can literally fit into any team while having a (mostly) self-sufficient kit. Today, I wanted to do a guide on how to build Scarlet, for both early game and late game players while we wait for Tia and Naga to be released.

I got scarlett yesterday!! I started 3 days ago and now im just learning ahahah so excited to have her busted skills :3
While playing NIKKE I was not able to roll Scarlet (or any pilgrim) for the longest time, but the moment I got my first copy of Scarlet it was a game changer. This girl takes 2 shots of vodka and by sheer motivation destroys everything in her path. Right now I use her in my A2 team because instead of bringing a sword to a gun fight I bring two.
And now with black shadow, it's 3 swords to a gun fight
Guys, does anyone know who should I use?
Liter + Blanc + Mdodernia + Scarlet + Noir
or
Liter + Blanc + Mdodernia + Scarlet: Black Shadow + Noir
For now, I've just got Scarlet from Pilgrim mold, so she's not really that invested in terms of skill leveling and has T9 Gear. Meanwhile, my ScarBS has level 10 skill 1, level 8 burst, and 1 Overloaded Gear.
I'm genuinely stumped, as my ScarBS has been carrying me throughout the campaign, and interception bosses (I full cleared train thanks to her). And after testing around with the union shooting range, my ScarBS does like 10 mil damage more than Scarlet. I'm at level 160, that's why it'd be low for some.
Anyway, you guys tell me... Should I invest into Scarlet as well and use her for Campaign or Interception Bosses. If so, who should I replace (sadge). Or whether I should focus on ScarBS first (overload gear her up), and built Scarlet later.
@@IdOnThAvEaUsE69 I think you should use both, there’s no need to replace any of them, they’re both highly valuable units plus having multiple options is always good especially during late game.
In the case of the team options I think you should keep Black Shadow in and use regular Scarlet in another team, the reason for this is that due to how straight forward Scarlet gameplay is you can slap her into any team without much issue and the fact that she requires little investment and can still give you results is what makes her valuable.
Since you already have invested in Black Shadow I think you should keep building her up and focus on Regular Scarlet later.
@@metalsonic982 Thank you ever so much. I have exams tomorrow, and I randomly just pulled Scarlet from the Pilgrim mold lol. I'm very grateful that I got her, so I didn't want to disrespect her by not using her lmao.
Anyway, I'll keep your advice into mind, and progress even further into Nikke lol.
I'll focus on ScarBS for now, I've already leveled up her skill up quite high, so I just need to get her Overload Gear.
Speaking of which, who do you think is better for PvP? ScarBS ranks SS, while Scarlet ranks SSS. But I've invested more into my ScarBS. Do you think I should use Scarlet instead of ScarBS in PvP despite being less invested?

quality content, i just started playing the game, and you are the only nikke creator that try's to explain the mechanics in a simple way so that new players understand too. most of the nikke youtubers just assume that your are lvl 200 with almost every character present in your account. keep it up

Thanks dude! I pulled her a while ago and have been really enjoying her. I was stuck, then got bunnies and scarlet… bow I’m zip zap zooming through story mode way under-leveled.
Started the game a month ago, I got her on my 2nd pull. Carried me through the initial chapters lmao.
i still remember getting her almost right out the bat and then getting her again literally 20 minutes later, one of the best things that has ever happened to me in that game
I got her, rapunzel. And modernia after starting last week. Pretty hype
Back then she's the best DPS in game, now she's one of the best DPS in game. There are a lot of option now as DPS like Modernia, Alice + Maxwell, A2, 2B, Sanis. Sanis and 2B dealing a huge damage despite their role not being an attacker is surprising.
Don't forget Red Hood, who's displaced everyone as the DPS Queen. S.Anis and 2B are also interesting in that they require a different composition to really take advantage of their unique properties.
For months, I lounged with an LB1 Scarlet but she's definitely one of the units who kept me and my team alive. I tried to pair her with Dorothy but she definitely needs the heals, so I usually pair her up with Pepper or Helm (Helm, in particular, since Scarlet benefits from the ammo-buff team of the bunnies instead of the no-reload Privaty team).
I only managed to score her other spares during the summer event and now I have an Core+2 with full Overload Gear.

I rerolled for 2 months to get Scarlet and Liter. I'm glad I did. If I remember correctly... I was at +245 on my email address LOL
One of my favorite comps to run with her is Liter,Centi,Rapunzel and Moderna as i like the attack boost into defense down before using her blade to wipe everything on screen and using Moderna as the rotate tool during burst loops
I run the exact same comp for campaign content, lmfao.
Don't have centi yet so, I use rupee instead 😂
Here a meme team that I used with Scarlet to clear 25-26 almost in a day.
Centi, Summer Anis, Scarlet, Privaty, Redhood.
The entire team is effectively just damage for 2 burst rotation because after the 2 burst it a 40s wait.
My usual play was use Anis to clear all mob before the target arrival, wait a moment for mob to come in and then burst with Scarlet and all focus on the target instant round end.
Also no ammo will be needed since Anis and Scarlet ammo count will be unlimited in that 10s window.

Scarlet brings that same energy she had that sparked fights between her and Dorothy to the battlefield against Raptures. I really hope we get a "melee" unit for each weapon type, just because and to see how they animate it.
I got two scarlet back to back from the new banner,moderna,noir,marciana,other units and the best of all 5 red hood,I spent about 150 tickets

Great, now I'm stuck with struggling to go through chapter 9, when I could've rerolled for Scarlet when I first joined last week. Thanks to Sunk Cost Fallacy, and having a busy life, I'll just drag myself into enjoying with whatever units I have. I'd say the best ones I have are Liter and Helm, but those are nothing.

My Scarlet has 69 rounds (nice) in her magazine. Since she has so many, I use the Resilience Cube instead to reduce her downtime states. Very useful for bosses when her reload unfortunately times with boss part-destruction mechanics. Or when constant damage is needed.

The game refuses to maximize my ammo capacity for her.
Im very proud to say that im a Day 1 player who spends around 25-50dlls montly en gems and rainbow tickets since day 1, and to this day 3 weeks away from anniversary, i still dont have Scarlet... (crying in the darkest corner)... but at least i have Core7 2B and Core7 A2 i uploaded them in my youtube channel as a short video i love them so much and everytime i use 2B i imagine she is Scarlet with bigger a$$ets. B u t t..... a whole year without Scarlet, maaaaaaan... i hate this game sometimes.

Been playing since November. I have still yet to get her.
after a year of playing, I only got 1 copy of scarlet, and I barely broke the 200 max lvl mark last month before the anniversary. I use scarlet for summer anis as my support/ 2nd dps. and then the good ole liter with and dolla. my healer is helm but she is mainly used i dont have any overlord gear but am working on it. sadly i have 4 full missiles tier 9 gear on my liter....ill save it until i get a decent missiles support that need overlord gear. for not Im satisfied. I was thinking of using privaty...but i would have to remove helm. but at least my scarlet almost reload instantly after the 10-15 shot of ammo because of summer anis and privater reload speed. but I did get a great high score in union raid training area. I want the bunny girls so bad.
Got enough mag boost and attack % right out the gate on her armor. She doesn’t reload anymore. She’s this good, with 2 dud skills
Why would you OL Max ammo on Scarlet, then "consider" using Privaty? Privaty cuts your ammo by 50%. Is it still worth? because of the initial 50 shots gets her buff fully stacked that it doesn't matter if her ammo is cut by half?
My current Scarlet team is called "Last bullet No reload", Using Dorothy, Marciana, Scarlet, Summer Anis, and Privaty, when burst Scarlet literally doesn't reload ( reload speed is over 100), and Anis either shots 1 bullet or 2 bullet without stop ❤

I'm a day 1 player & didn't reroll. I didn't get my first Scarlet until mid April. Right now she's got a base ammo count of 69 (nice) & 74386 power.
my Scarlet is at core+3 and her skills are all maxed, back then i thought i'd use her forever.
Alas, Snow White young and Red Hood kind of make a better team in my opinion, less invested into overload gearstats.
Dorothy, Tia and Naga round it up kinda well.
I wish 2B would use her sword like Scarlette instead of tagging on a random AR to her

I am lucky to get Scarlet on my account. I started playing just yesterday. But i rerolled twice and got LB1 Redhood. I'm confused now which account to use.

Oh Helm heals based on damage capability, now I get why my taunter B2 doesn't heal shiz while Scarlet heals from 10% to full lol
Anyway, 57 ammo on Scarlet for now, but only 3/4 OL (lowish rolls on two of them but the third has blue number 80 something %), still haven't got a single T9 pilgrim attacker glove
she was my first nikke when i started playing since the beginning of the game and oh boy she is great

I got Scarlet when i wanted Snow White so early game without knowing she was the best dps, i also got liter so my account from the begining was rlly good, i get off the game and came back and got dorothy
I lucksacked scarlet during helm banner and she was my main dps for EVERY SINGLE CONTENT IN THE GAME. Paired with Liter which was my rerol target and later after getting modernia in her first banner the game went to easy mode in all aspect.

The Shift-up crew always had that 1 unit that will always be relevent in their games til the end of time on the late Destiny Child it was Maat as the games best healer in Nikke until she's dethroned it's Scarlet as the DPS Queen however Modernia and Summer Anis were really damn close at doing just that

It's probably worth noting that even with the introduction of units like Red Hood and Scarlet Alter, Scarlet is still objectively one of the best DPS units in the game, boasting incredibly high ATK values due to her potent self-buff, a relatively fast rate of fire, and when properly Overloaded, a sizeable magazine.
Just sayin' because I hear some people dismissing Scarlet as powercrept when she's still going to have a place on the roster.

@@jephxiii3159Red Hood first, always: you take her to 7/7/7, then 7/10/10 with the goal of 10/10/10. RH is arguably the best unit in the game.
The investment order is RH (best iron DPS), Scarlet Alter (best wind DPS), Alice (best fire DPS against bosses), Modernia (best fire DPS in campaign), Christmas Ludmilla (best water DPS), then Scarlet (best electric DPS).

Im like 4 - 5ish weeks into the game and i got my first pilgrim yesterday i got Dorothy.
Im still in the early game, My synchro device is level 125 and my current cp is 41,515 with my team using Dorothy, Blanc, 2B, Privaty, and Noir.
As of now i have 2 SSR units that have LB'd twice and 3 SSR units LB'd once.
Should i say goodbye to this account in favor of the favored meta?
I'm in the almost same situation as you are. 40k CP and have both bunny girls, but I have Scarlet already so I guess I'm pretty good. From what I have heard, the anniversary event is coming soon and you could get pilgrim units there if I am not mistaken. If Scarlet is available in the anniversary event, I wish you luck in getting her.
nah, you'll never be able to get 2b again, and you have bunnies+dorothy which are pretty good. your team definitely isnt the greatest but the units themselves are good. dont quit your account
The downside to rerolling is you will lose 2B in the process. Is there anything wrong with your current team? Sure the meta team is powerful but you don't really need them to progress.
I am level 250 with no true main dps in my team Dorothy, Blanc, Noir, Helm and Priv.
At times when I don't care about survivability at all I remove the bunnies and put in Guilty and Modernia and wreck havoc.
Only Helm and Privaty are MLB and both are not damage dealers more of supports but I can still breeze through contents.

Meh. A2 is bound to a healer and to work smoothly needs BunniesTwins or SchoolGirls, Scarlet works with anything. A2 falls off late game on campaign, Scarlet does not know defeat. A2 dont click on PvP, Scarlet is a menace. On certain bosses I agree she may perform better but the versatility of Scarlet is hard to beat.
nope, A2 basically only performs better on specific bosses. She is useless in Union Raid and bad in late game campaign. Top 5 dps maybe, but even still, Mod, Scarlet, Alice, Sanis, and maybe even 2B wipe just because you can actually use them more than just a few bosses. Also, beating scarlet in damage on certain bosses is nothing new, otherwise Guillotine and Sanis are better than Scarlet

I have 69 ammo on my scarlet
The only real meta ammo capacity for Scarlet. (I have it at 69 too intentionally, lmfao)
She is amazing but I still feel Modernia is way better and ahead. She unlocks so much progress that Scarlet could not and she does more DPS in almost every situation with same investment. Especially campaign later stages and hard mode Modernia destroys and carries like no other. Only PVP Scarlet is way, way better.
Dude crit rate and crit damage are different stats. Crit rate is not useless at all so don't lump them together.
Scarlet is meh.
Id still not put her back on SSS scarlet does less than Alice and Modernia esp on core fights.
