Alice's Skill 1 is unique and weird, it deducts a fixed number of 0.175sec from a teammate's charge time, which is Negligible on most characters, but a wooping 50% buff for sober Scarlet's 0.35sec short charge time. Teamed with Alice, sober Scarlet can slash up to 17 times in burst instead of the regular 14 times. I see them as official couple now.
This seemed very interesting, so I checked the skill description, but it doesn't mention a fixed number? It just says the normal charge speed increase, am I missing something here?

The CN version states that it "boosts charge speed *based on Alice's charge speed* ", which is still bad wording. What it really says is " *reduce charge time based on Alice's base charge time* " which is *(11.67% at level10) X (1.5sec base charge time) = 0.175sec* . This has been a big mystery among Nikke Communities until Redhood and sober Scarlet provide enough evidence to prove it.

I've been playing nikke with no handholding and just pulling for characters I like and accidentally breaking through the 160 wall (my units are level 192 as of now). I've decided to watch a bunch of nikke videos just because I was curious on how to do more damage. And that's not even counting the unit from the New Year's selector. Just hoping the next banner is going to be some crap Elysion unit so I can get some time to recover my gems and tickets!
Yeah dude, you’re good to go with those 2 units. As soon as you get their best skills up to 6 or 7, you’ll breeze through most content. My current wall is Nihilister, but I suspect leveling up Scarbs a bit will change that.
I did the step up banner first as i needed noir and hoped i get mordernia in 60pulls so i could use my gold mileage tickets on scalter. Glad it all worked out
I tried a bunniless build: Dorothy - Centi - Scarlet (BS) - Scarlet - Rapunzel It works as well! But still, the bunnies are the best combination with her 🎉🎉
rn i think i have a meta team so i dont even need other SSRs anyway (liter, naga, tia, event scarlet and modernia.) but having some other good SSRs such as alice, centi and redhood would be nice. (yes i know red hood is a pilgrim.)

As Prydwen put it, you can hit a new breakpoint during Full Burst with Alice's S1 at lvl 10 and a single Charge Speed OL line of 4.9%+ on Scarlet. This probably only matters on boss encounters... but that's where Scarlet excels so yeah.
you actually really only 4.8% IIRC. However, it's recently discovered that ultimately, it doesn't matter. As Darklet snap shots the attack stat and skills the instant she release full charge. that extra 4.8% will help her to hit the enemy before burst cycle ends, but generally doesn't change the burst cycle output
Is that so? I'll have to look at the updated charts. What I saw was that with Alice tagging along and 4.9% (the next line below is 4.6%) you could sneak an extra full charge and added slash effect (ideally the last one, but that'd be bonkers to control for).

Yeah that'd be great. Now if only they could increase the propability of getting her. I've done over 90 draws now and gotten nothing. Only 3 random F tier SSRs. after finishing the new year new sword event now it make sense why old scarlet are still on par if not stronger than drunk scarlet, it is because the drunk scarlet is just simply adapted Rose's sword style because her original sword was taken by the ark. Drunk Scarlet is not a stronger version she just change her sword style. And for anyone saying that Rose are stronger than Scarlet, at first but in their final fight they are equal.
I think it's mainly that Scarlet found another calling outside slaying Raptures, and so she devotes more of her time farming than honing her skills (Raptures also evolved to become stronger against bullets while regressing against melee, meaning drunk Scarlet didn't really have to do much to kill them)
@@FrizFroz it's not true tho, in overzone and some other events is said that drunk scarlet is a better version of her past, she is more proficient in sword fighting, more independent and strong, and it proves that bscarlet isn't as good as drunk scarlet for almost all content, only bossing

I wouldn't compare her to RH that much, because even tho both of them have beautiful dps, RH is an assassin for strong enemies and bosses, while Jetstream Sam also clears trash mobs like 2B, but better, because she does it more frequently than once per 2 bursts
I'm honestly kind of puzzled at people treating RH as just DPS. Am I crazy or is her team-wide attack buff her biggest perk? Sure it can't be spammed indefinitely, but I find fights that last more than 2 cycles of burst are like 1% of the fights I do.
@@zeriel9148 her B3 is like SW and rapist, but continues. The core is the pierce, which can deal more damage to bosses and also come in handy against stronger enemies in the campaign, while also being a monster in the arena ignoring the barriers

Basically doubling the amount of +atk a unit like Scarlet gets from her selfish burst. Although I guess that gets into the question of whether you want to use RH's 2/3 burst too. But as someone who just got her at 0 star and didn't invest heavily into her, I find her atk buff super nice to buff up other characters.
@@zeriel9148 it's just the comfort of having your B1 at 20s cooldown and going for 1-1-3, because B3s are usually more broken and you can't have RH as your only B1, because of defence missions, but you can still use her as B1 if you don't have Doro on pilgrim tower and for fun you can still use her in B1 to boost your favorite comp, because she's just a better Liter, but using her for her B3 is just more eficient
Do i get her or modernia? my only way atm is using the 200 tickets. rolled so much and got neither of them. i do have Red hood as a notable unit among the pilgrims for B3.
Being a wind code is the cream on top of everything else. BS Scar hits very hard even at lower investments and can keep up with the top dps picks. This Solo Raid being weak to wind everyone will be using her 😂😂😂

As a new player should i use milage ticket for Scarlet black shadow cause i only need one copy to Max lv cap or should i u use gold milage ticket for Modrena bexause she is one of meta but i have red hood and bunny even other meta like alice should i really need Modrena but i think the meta nikki i have right is enough to beat chapter16 boss so should i need to use gold milage ticket to get the copy of SC black shadow guide me ?
