@@PerfectMisadventures I had a blast. I had the ocean suite view. I have no complaints regarding cleanliness, services, hospitality, food choices, or entertainment available for their hotel guest. I was there for 9 days and I was unable to finish everything that hotel has to offer. Amazing experience. I would however advice against the membership. Not sure if it's such a good deal. 🤔 still reading through all the legal documents. But something is off putting by it.
Do you mind to share how much was your trip fir each person? I’m confused if the price shared in some videos was per person or per room. $5,000 per person seems too expensive.

Reservations are currently required at Teatro del Rio & Xin Gao. Other restaurants such as Las Cuevas and the buffet are first come, first serve. We recommend making reservations for the required restaurants and excursions by emailing dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com 30 days in advance of your trip! The resort filled every one of our requests with out any issues. Hotel Xcaret is an amazing place and we hope you have an awesome trip!
Did you have to book a sperate transfer or did it come with a package or just a free service staying at the hotel? We are looking at booking and the package wants us to add on a hotel transfer, but their website says airport transfers included.

Were the snacks at the lounge free? The check in process do they give you a wrist badge or is it a basic checkin? How'd you find the lounge are there markers?
The snacks and drinks are free, included in your stay. They can start the check in process, which makes arrival at the resort so much quicker. If you are in Terminal 4, walk past everything, it is the last building on the right before you start to the buses. Hope you are able to use the lounge and relax.

Do you mean what time you leave the hotel for the airport? If yes, then the transportation will let you know the time. Currently there is a lot of traffic so they will tell you a time that seems way too early, but just trust them
Yes and honestly it was Awful. Frontier has the most uncomfortable seats and for some reason it was 200 degrees on the plane. We have taken red eyes a lot and like them, but will not do another Frontier red eye
We followed updates for the resort. They didn't email us the information, but we knew where the lounge was. If you have a reservation with the resort and you are waiting for the bus, you can check in there
You can check your bags in with concierge and they will keep it safe until your room is ready. Once you check in and your room is ready, let the bellhops know your room number and they will bring your bags up to you.
On arrival, we did not make reservations and had no issues. Busses pickup passengers every 30 minutes so wait times are never too long. However, on departure, we recommend reserving the shuttle with the concierge to ensure adequate time to get to the airport (the hotel currently recommends leaving 4 hours before your departure flight).

I believe from the airport there is a different shuttle occidental is not a part of Xcaret

Maybe 10-15 min. It was barely long enough for them to serve our drinks and us to drink them. Xcaret has the best service
