Subaru Legacy/Outback Speedometer Odometer Issue.

Please be aware that your part might be completely damaged and in need of a replacement rather than cleaning it out. I got Lucky but still recommended the customer to replace the receiver and have it programmed to the vehicle.

It's the TPMS and keyless entry receiver module.
