No one talking about Walking Dead? There’s literally a premiere this weekend with tons of press. The spin-offs broke record after record for AMC+ & fans still wait outside filming locations for a chance to see the actors.
As someone who lives where most of the show was filmed in Senoia, why would you drive down to Herschel's bar, and not go to Alexandria and Woodbury that are right next to each other 10-15 minutes away? You also could have gone to the museum here in Senoia and seen props used in the show and signatures from every cast member.

I like you revisiting the different location. I started my walking dead journey with fear in 2019 catching reruns not even knowing there was one from 2010 . Got caught up just before it ended. Now I'm so into the ones who live the book of carol and waiting for dead city. There are plenty just finding out about this showcase maybe older and a bit behind but we are enjoying it. ❤
In my opinion TWD falling off isnt because it didnt know when to stop, but how much they stretched out storylines. specifically seasons 7-8. Another reason is having characters die for shock value such as carl. Then rick leaving the show was just the final thing that finished it
Not only was Glenn’s death a stupid decision, it was the most gruesome death in the show, low key traumatizing. To see your favorite character go out like that was heart breaking

When they killed Glenn, many people stopped watching the show, but those who stayed watching, did so because GLENNS DEATH was iconic and a homage to the scene from the original comic book. Glenns eye popping out, him saying "Im sorry Maggie, ill find you." Is EXACTLY how it looked in the comic. Side by side, the comic image of Glenn after the crack of the skull, and the camera angle of Glenns eye hanging out, are identical to one another. It was what made me keep whatching honestly. If they didnt kill Glenn in that scene I would have given up on the show for not at least trying to live in tandem with the comic.
actually regarding the CDC the shoots there were in a highschool and gym the exterior was used for outside shots but that's it, due to all the stuff in the building they couldn't film inside there

I can see why people would stop watching TWD after Glenn and Abraham died, but at the same time, it was stupid in my perspective. Like there's no way you stopped watching just cause 2 characters you liked a lot died, I mean, yeah you'd be annoyed but why stop watching 😭

Plus even the best shows in history have a hard time doing 11+ seasons . Plus I was in my early 20s when it came out . Life as a mid 30s ya just dont have as much time doing that adult shit. Throw in more and more and more social media + streaming services = hard to keep people's attention especially for weekly episode shows
