Cargo Trailer Conversion: Linear Actuator Bed

Fine tuning the linear actuators for all four to work in unison. The linear rails have to be be almost near perfect alignment with the opposite end rail to eliminate the SBR ball bearing blocks from “binding” while being lifted up against the horizontal axis (2”x4” prime lumber).

Very cool! Can you install an adjustable limit switch or stop block? With a mattress on there it won't go as high right?

It should stop at the upper end of the actuator, but I haven’t pushed it and tried it yet.
