This is going to be awesome! I have been thinking about making a Gypsy Caravan for a month or two now. Odd how that worked out. Cannot wait to see it finished. Here in the states that door is called a Dutch Door. You cracked me up with the emoji's....ROFL. I love how your brain works. The hinge idea is a great tip. If your nephew doesn't absolutely love that, I would be shocked. I craft in much the same way you do. I don't sit and plan it out, or draw it out beforehand. I gather what I want to make my mini out of, have the idea for what type of mini, then it tells me what it wants to be. I guess we both have spontaneous spirits.

What a thoroughly enjoyable video. Thank you so much for being so engaging, entertaining... craftsy and clever; but also for a really good tip I've now picked up for a *similar* project I'm doing... mine is much more of an upgrade project than it is a 'build from scratch'. I can't lie my caravan has come complete! It just wants tlc and things put inside it... as there's currently nothing but the open door-window is tantalising enough to make me decide to go in on interior design!... my dad is confident he can put a hidden hinge on the side so that the doors remain authentic and aesthetically pleasing but meanwhile I can actually gain access and unleash my teeny tiny interior decoration imagination! Thanks again x
And in totally unrelated other news... I have a question. Has anyone ever told you you are a perfect soundalike for Jenni off Gogglebox?? ❤❤
