Make a second administrator account, sign out of original account, sign in to new account, control panel user account change account now you are able to delete the original one while you are signed in as the new one a bit of double personality disorder but it works

You don't delete the admin account. You can disable it, but make sure to create a second account with admin priv.

At least one administrator (an adult account) needs to be present.
