so there are no subtitles for the first interviewee but there are for the second? they're both speaking english!
Hi Keagan, There was someone using a pressure washer in the background when Gary Blem was speaking so we added subtitles as we thought it would be hard to hear him over the noise of the pressure washer.

However....... Ineos use the term "carer." Now, this doesn't sit well with me at least. It makes me think of retirement homes and social services.

The choice was deliberate. Soigneurs historically administered performance enhancing drugs. There was an unhealthy culture that Dave Brailsford wanted to leave behind. Hence the name change. “Carers” is not great though but hard to know what would be better.
