Merci

lol love how the seat turns around, it just needs a driver figure to finnish it off nicely! Ok so I wrote this just before you said that you had a Tamiya driver figure.....

FYI, real backhoes also have a locking mechanism, normally two or three, to lock the rear arm in position.
One for boom lift, like you showed, one for boom slew and if applicable, one for stick telescope.
Also, the back controls are setup as ISO standard controls, any real backhoe / excavator can grab that remote and know how to use it.
That bucket is also known as a 4in1 bucket.
It has three cutting edges plus the grab function.
The part that moves can dig "normally", or use the inside cutting edge to backblade.
The fixed part of the bucket can be used to grade moving forwards.
In addition to grabbing logs and rocks, you can pick up dirt piles like with a grapple bucket and you can hold tools in the bucket.
Specifically a smudge / levelling frame, which is a large rectangular frame with a couple of tabs for the bucket to grab a hold of, then you can level and grade out loose materials to really finish a jobsite.
IRL, those forks are the loudest and most annoying thing. They just rattle and rattle no matter what you do.

You can fix the steering in the menu. The model is magnificent I have a hard time finding a dumper to go with it that is just a nice. Mabey THS SEIPT VOLVO A40F. Oh I got mine from Oliver at Toucan Hobby as well. If you lose the model settings, he will send you the import for the model. If you forget to turn off the pump when turning to the excavator, it will mess with the programing. Using a series of taps on the right stick, while steering seems to really do the trick just gently tapping it from the left or right and then of course, going into the system and changing. The rate & expo.

"If you lose the model settings, he will send you the import for the model."
That's good but I can't understand why they don't include it with the model, does he send it on a memory card and is it easy to import into the radio?

Didn’t see it in the video yet. But I think those quality control things in the bag are the license plates since some countries require them on tractors like that.

Saw this while shopping for my first hydraulic model but couldn't quite talk my wife into letting me get it this time (the cost was a hard NO this year.😞) Watching your video review of it just makes me want one even more! Now I just need to work on convincing my wife for next year... Looking forward to your next video on the model!
Also appreciated the comparison between the PL18EV and the PL18EV Lite, had been planning on getting the standard model but when I saw the Lite version I wasn't sure if it was worth it. Seeing you compare the two is making me think the Lite version just might be worth getting to switch a couple of models over to (you can find the Lite version for sale out there)

I use to be the same re partner not wanting me to spend such an amount on a "toy" as she would say I tried saying it is a teaching aid but it was not until I "retired" that I could spend this sort of money on "toy's" this is my 6th lesu hydraulic construction model, but a word of warning if you buy the version with receiver's fitted but no transmitter you will find it hard to get a list of channels and settings that you need to set up the 17 channels used on this model, I am still trying to get a copy of the transmitter model file which has everything in it.

The locking mechanism on the rear bucket is not because it releases the pressure of the Hydraulics and will slowly fall, it's there to lock the arm in place when you are transporting it, and to keep the weight off of the hydraulic Pistons, which all real backhoes have. I'm a heavy equipment operator, I operate backhoes, skid steers and excavators, as well as any other kinds of equipment you can imagine, the only thing I haven't operated is a crane, but that's what that locking mechanism is for.

Hi Bob love your review of the backhoe it looks amazing, also to let you know I just received a couple of the Tamiya wireless light systems for my trailers and I think they are amazing as well, but if no for you it would be hard to work out how it all works. One thing a did find for myself and wondering what the extra plus worth servo wiring were for? Well I figured it out, if you want more lights etc you can daisy chin them and the will extend the distant as well as more lights should you need them. So again thank you for your reviews they are great to watch and you explain thing well.

Haha you give FLYSKY to much credit the genius is in LESUS valve the switch doesn’t change a model it’s the same model but LESU uses a switching valve to send oil to other side of the valve. So basically each valve section can do 2 different functions just depends on which way you have oil flow. Don’t worry there still isn’t a radio that can switch between models with a toggle

it seems that everything powered by hydraulic has a sudden increase in power ... is that from mixing ? pump ? valves ?... looks like it would be very dificult to use . I ve seen a few reviews and all have the same behaviour ....

    • @HobbyconceptsLLC
      @HobbyconceptsLLC  Год назад

The pump works two ways. One way it is mixed on the radio so when you move the control the pump turns on and then turns off when you stop moving that feature. The other way is to turn on the pump with the knob and then the pump runs all the time. Has more power and faster response that way.
