Hi, Im a kitchen manufacture:
It seems in the video 1:21 that your putting in melamine panels with particleboard, being that particleboard can react badly and not very resist resistente to heat and humidity, with the all the heat from the pre-heating, HotCoating etc..would it affect the melamine/particleboard?

Melimine is an entirely different process. They are putting in sanded, stained and sanded veneered panels. Particle board is definitely fine and generally speaking is used exclusively in cabinet construction for a facility with this finishing set up... ( moderate to high end cabinetry and wall paneling). Cost may be high hundreds of thousands or around a million.
