This big bell rings at Noon inside the PNB Buliding which is located next to Philadelphia City Hall.

Every commenter assumed to be from Philadelphia says this bell should be here or be there. How about a comment stating: Wow, how lucky we are. This bell is right where it belongs……In Philadelphia PA.

Alright I’d say place this with riverside’s carillon unless they already have a bell in this key note-

At Riverside, they do have this note and bells going down to two semitones lower. The problem, in terms of carillon music, is that the bells keep sounding long after the music has passed them by. Dampers help alleviate this.

@@Bronzeagleye The low 'D' bell at Riverside is sharper than the Wanamaker bell. This was tuned to D at A=435. Riverside is around A=446.

@@Bronzeagleye Yeah I just realized. I went to riverside two weeks ago for a tour and the carillon started and I suddenly heard one of the larger bells in this very note starting the concert off lol
