To answer the question what makes a good pvp player in BDO is not a complicated answer. What makes a good pvp player is a meta class or busted class that PA can't and won't ever balance. Pvp is in shambles. Talk about ways the company you work for can improve and fix their terrible state of game for pvp.
What makes good PvP player in BDO? FOTM class, good gear, enough skill to know which one is enemy and time machine cause PvP in BDO as of now is in worst state ever.
I like that PA is trying new content like podcasts and not just doing the same old thing, but it would be better if you were more organized Good job, and keep making more episodes GM Lemoria and Etsu! 💗
None of the PvP modes that are in the game can entice me to play them anymore, Fix class modifiers, do something about the tanky abominations you've created and remove node wars, nobody likes them anymore.

As a chronic returning player, the game is soooo overwhelming. I warn people who ask me about what I’m playing at the time, about this game. Interesting to see how this podcast progresses. 🎉
Yeah, please revert NW changes and bring back Guild War Decs. There is no PvP content anymore, only thing left is AoS and its shit because of Class balance.
Where is the fix for nodewars? The 50 and 75 man cap nodewars are completely dead on EU after these changes. You said you were listening to players but it has been months now and you haven't even addressed it yet. Guilds have quit and disbanded in the double digits and you do nothing about it.
bdo pvp is the best in any mmo, my only issue with it is QOL updates such as crystals being its own UI and not on gear (which i love btw) has lead to pve setups requiring super high ap and 0 acc, all it takes is one eva user to flag up and suddenly you have zero way to fight back anymore. this is the main reason OW pvp/arsha pvp is not as fun anymore, not because any red changes or whatever, its not fun for either person for it to be so one sided
long time ninja main here-trying to keep playing occasionally... trying to keep playing and ignoring all the FOMO/ situational reward/catch up systems which often leave me feeling out of the (knowledge) loop when performing confusing/pointless functional item decisions... anyway what's wrong with ninja now?
Heyo, wanted to give feedback on the podcast itself (more than the takes; they'll mostly be fine from experienced players like you, besides my opinion on say mobility power creep :P). First, i think its really cool as an experienced player to see GMs discussing PvP. Giving insights into the discussions in the office. Seeing you guys way closer to, well, what we players (used to) do on discord calls all the time. I must however follow up with: im not sure a new player will be able to follow this, attention span wise tbh. It is a podcast, something you can listen to almost passively yes. But to properly follow and take up information from this format will require a certain level of interest for the game which new players might not have yet developed. I could listen to pvp players discussing pvp for hours; mr tuvala timmy is more likely to be interested in a 5min class tier list. (Ill still recommend this to any fledgling pvpers i know/come across though)
Adding onto this; Setting wise, something that could maintain people's attention better could perhaps be animations/clips/a simple whiteboard. You know, the "typical" discord call tools you love from your shotcaller when he goes full theory mode on you (:smile:). It'd perhaps make it easier to visualise these concepts to less experienced players that can't yet picture things themselves that well. Edit: I see that you later end up in BA which is GREAT! But, it's towards the end of the podcast. People might enjoy/retain attention longer if this happens sooner!
