you try auto deck builder lately? aside from 60 card decks it's pretty good. slap 5hd in ur ed and hit auto build. you might get somethin usable. it made a better nemleria deck than the one shown here at least.
It's true that Shining Sarcophagus doesn't rely on extra deck so Nemleria can use it without care, but the two archetypes don't really have synergy with each other

I always thought cost was like, how much cost you have to pay in the deck. Like branded was 5 stars cause there's so much discarding and stuff

It's how much it cost, the more star the more cost increase.
What I love about Nemleria is its technically a Cheap Deck since the extra deck can be filled with just Dump Cards
