I LOVE that you are just healthy. You are eating full meals and doing full workouts. I see so many young adults and teens just not eating to reach this body. Thank you for working hard and showing us how to do it in a much healthier way girl!

Mielipuoli Siili no they aren’t, they’re bad if you do them wrong. Controlled motion helps get blood into the knees and pump your quads

some extra tips that you maybe have already heard: tight your muschles that you are going to work out, focus on them and push/pull really hard going as heavy as possible by having the correct posture, use timer on your workouts, eat good quality food (your body is a temple, whatever we eat we are), rest (use some tricks, like sauna, cryotherapy will help a lot in that and sleep), you need to flex and stretch your muschles (even massage them). always keep going and keep progressing (consistency)

Love that you go so hard at the gym! It really is inspiring!! I really want to get toned muscles because I have a super high metabolism so I’m just really skinny rn with some muscle from playing soccer/lacrosse. I’d love to be sculpted better!

I would strongly suggest that you start off with a heavy compound move (after your warmup) as opposed to the leg press machine; e.g. hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, regular barbell squats

Hey Claudia! That's a fantastic workout, I liked it a lot! You look fabulous and the exercises are great, too. So you should really record more of them! How about an upper body one, including some dips, push-ups, etc.? I know that's an area many girls struggle with :-) Oh and just out of curiosity, how many push-ups (on the toes) can you currently do yourself? :-)?

Actually I'm with Brandon, BCAAs are one of the most useless suplements for most of the people (only useful ones for most are caffeine, whey protein and creatine). Loved the video tho, really nice workout
I'm still at school, but I actually thought about going to the gym recently because I am not that sporty. That video kind of motivated me to try it out, so I guess I am gonna give it a shot:)

PLEASE do a video on how you get your hair dyed! It’s obviously balayage but it looks so good and natural on you! And maybe include some pictures of what you looked like before you started bleaching it (how it looked like Brandon and Kennedy’s natural colors) that would be a great video idea.

1:26 I have been mixing that on my pancake dough and less sugar after training. 4;04 I do that for burning fat once a week like 1 000 times at home. leg press machine that s amazing I know many guys who can t do that and they play football.

eat more and drink a fuck ton of water. also eat good foods that are actually good for you. calories in vs calories out is okay but youll feel alot better and see better results if you eat right. depends on your goal tho.
@@jimmygayerson2020 - why drink a ton of water? I only drink water when I'm thirsty now after trying that hydration fade that didn't do me better at all. Also, the stars and blackness is a sign of low blood sugar so drinking a lot of water only serves to increase that state (google "water poisoning). What's needed in that state is orange juice to get fructose which is a faster metabolizing sugar than actual sugar and then eat a fruit bar with oats and a bit of sugar doesn't hurt. The best thing to do before a workout is not to drink some fucking pre workout crap, but to eat a yogurt with oats in it. That gives a slow burning carbo that lasts for hours and serves as a very good anti-low-blood-sugar treatment. Also, eat bananas to work against possible cramps. And remember, to cancel a low blood sugar level, you don't need a lot of sugar, only about 0.25 grams per kilo. Use google to translate those measurements into the ones you use.
Snorri Ö.K. all of what you said is true but staying hydrated is just a good thing to do in general you sweat when you exercise its just to keep your body in balence. pre workouts pretty much caffine with a few other vitamens i just drink it because i wake up very early to train.

Okay so ive had a gym membership since october, i went for 2,5 months and just starting to learn the place figure everything out and than the last time i went was on tuesday the week before the week of xmas and today i’m going back for the first time since, i just feel so uncomfortable doing anything in there i hate it.
