Denali, thank you for documenting your hip journey! Sometime this summer, I need to schedule my hip surgery. (Torn gluteus minimus, labrum repair, impingement and micro fracture procedure.) I’ve had a lot of injuries and surgeries too. However, this hip injury has been my most challenging to deal with. Thank you again. You are giving me a good insight on what to expect during rehab.

I'm on my second recovery now for my bursitis in my hip and groin its proper bad at times. Hoping I can be 100% better in 3 to 4 weeks with physio and resting up. Love your videos they have come in so handy with my own recovery.

Hi! Hope you had a great Christmas and new years and are doing well! My how time flies! Seems like just yesterday you had ankle surgery and now already got your hip surgery done n out of the way! It's crazy how when you get done w/recovery phase and the whole thing seems like a tiny blip on the radar afterward! You go girl! Powering through it! 😊
