Yes 1K is plenty for 4 days. Depends on the place, I found most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. accept credit card!

@@kenyas6291 IF excluding accommodation, then yes, that's plenty to spend on food and transportation, and miscellaneous spending.
If that budget includes accommodation, that is a very tight budget, Most likely you'll have to find a hostel, or a really budget friendly hotel, and try to find really cheap local bites (instead of dining at restaurants).

@@iVuDang oh ok...Dont get me wrong im not literally gonna exchange and use all that money,but i wondered...To go clubbing, drinking, eating traveling around DR...I know gas is expensive but i heard its very cheap for a good time...Maybe im overpreparing and thinking because its my first time..My friends Mom has a house there she rented to us and we have our rental car paid for as well...So i was just concerned how much to use ya kno?
@@Dakkadot09 The most expensive thing for me was accommodation, if you want a decent private hotel room, ranges between $60 -$150 usd, and that was too expensive for me. I stayed at a hostel for $25 usd. There are a lot of beautiful women in dominican republic, so having your own room is nice. But a Hostel is fun too because you can many meet many friends.
Otherwise, you can uber for cheap, eat for less than $10 usd a meal if you are going for local places with local prices. But with your set up, you will have way more than enough for a week. You will be living like a king lol
