Yes the service manual says loosen the two bolts under the brake caliber. Chapter 2 section 13. Just thought I'd let u know what I found out wasn't trying to be smart. Thanks for the vids

If it's a trail boss then you would pull/twist the center piece toward you just like I say in the video.

Instead of that strap u can use a large set of channel locks
