Portrait Painting process, start to finish.

A demonstration of how I go about making a painting, from a line and wash base upon which I build layers. A big thank you to all the wonderful collectors of my work, especially the paintings of these types of wild, quirky but always beautiful women. I call them my Wittert Women. Seriously I can’t think of many other words to describe these ladies . Acrylic and spray bottle, and a few big old brushes is all you need to give it a go yourselves.
