If we don't find an alternative solution soon, the office will run out of printer ink and be unable to make copies. I was so engrossed in the book that I ran out of time to complete my other tasks for the day. During the heatwave, the local utility company warned customers they might run out of power if energy demands kept spiking.
Don't forget to drop off your library books before they become overdue. Can you drop off the kids at soccer practice on your way home from the office? I'll need to drop off my car at the mechanic to have the oil changed. Before your flight, remember to drop off your rental car at the airport terminal.
It's a little weird because the first two verbs are passive and the the third is active. I would probably say something like "I was born and raised in California, and I still here now."
