DIY 5'x10' CNC Plasma Table Part One

In part 1 I am going through the process of building the heavy metal framework that will support the water table and the work piece as well as making legs and bottom-up levelers.
The whole table frame is made out of
C channel 3 inch, 4-inch and 6 inch.
