- In this video, I talk about what makes Pipedrive unique and how it compares to other sales CRM tools.
● It's been around since 2010. Good team and well-funded.
● Good rate of development. New features come out pretty regularly.
● Pipedrive is very simple and easy to use compared to other CRM's.
● Easy to customise (compared to Salesforce which is quite difficult and can require custom development).
● Pipedrive is designed for salespeople by salespeople. Big emphasis on activities.
● Pipedrive Pricing, Husbpot Pricing, SalesForce pricing, Zoho pricing.
● Pipedrive has good integration with 3rd party tools and has its own marketplace. The Zapier support is also very good. But so do most of the other CRM's.
● Pipedrive has good reporting and this is all customisable.
● Pipedrive is scalable and can grow with you and your sales team (e.g. team management). Start on Essential and go up to Professional or Enterprise if needed.
● Pipedrive doesn't have native email sequences and automation, but that is coming later this year.

Thanks for the video! I tried Pipedrive, but then switched to Flowlu. I mean that Pipedrive is good, but too expensive and cumbersome sometimes. As I run a small business, for me it's important to have everything done at once, with friendly and quick support, and Flowlu does it much better.

I'd love to learn about the differences between Pipedrive & Zen Desk.
I'm not that familiar with Zen Desk but I know it can do a lot as there are lots of products within their suite.
Hey Paul. Love your videos. Using Zapier, can Pipedrive handle marketing tasks as well? IE- register a contact for a webinar. Or send nurture campaigns specifically for a product?
Exactly! With Zapier you could create an automation like: When a deal is marked as lost, add them to a nurture campaign in your email marketing system.
Sounds like Pipedrive is a product rather than sales company.. like Salesforce:) Can vouch for the very solid support and very responsive account management

Can we both use one Essential or Advanced account together for the same price?

You could share an account but you can only have a maximum of 3 devices logged into that account at once. You can also only have one email address connected to the account so if you each need to send email from your own address, you would each need a separate account.
Is it better Zoho one or Pipedrive integrated with Quickbook?
With zoho one you pay a fee for everything, on the other hand with pipedrive integration with others, you are going to pay for the each fee and it will cost more than zoho one.

You would have access to live chat and the knowledge base but no phone support.

Not yet but very soon we're going to have the ability to sync multiple emails.
What if the numbers of deals of the company is rapidly increasing? Does Pipedrive support large amount of leads/deals? Or in that case is it not so easy to use?
Yes, it handles larger volumes well. But you may want to use some filters to filter the deals based on value or some other attributes to identify the best opportunities.
Hi Paul. Thank you for this. Can one create a lead from Gmail right into Pipedrive with Zapier?
Theoretically, yes. But you'd need to think about what logic to apply when a new email is received as I assume you don't want every new email to become a lead.
