Sometimes when I can’t sleep I pretend that I’m a baby bear in a cave next to it’s momma. It’s snowing outside and I am so safe. This sound helps to make it more real and magical, thank you.

Autumn is my favorite time of year. Not very hot outside, just enough to wear a light jacket and sit in the slightly cloudy sunlit day by a nice stream of cool water, with the bright leaves slowly gliding down from dry branches. The sound of animals scurrying about preparing for the coming winter season. Nice.

This is so beautiful. It is relaxing. As a healer also, this is one of my faves to listen to for me to relax. When you close your eyes you can almost picture being here in this moment. And sometimes I look into the middle of the waterfall & soften my stare & I take a deep breath in & slowly exhale. This particular video helps me wind down from busy days. thank you for sharing this. Christmas 2022 my family spent a whole week in the Rocky Mountains in a nice cabin. I think I went through a metamorphosis and the mountain man in me was finally unleashed. Now all I can think about are the mountains and how peaceful it was just being there without a phone or internet around us.
