  • Hey guys, welcome back! In this video, I will be showing you how to deploy a React application to Netlify. I'll walk you through how to create a Netlify account, set up your app for deployment, and deploy the app to Netlify. In addition, I'll also show you how to update and delete your app from Netlify.
    If you don't know what Netlify is, Netlify is a hosting service for web applications. It provides a continuous delivery service that takes care of building, deploying and hosting your site. Netlify is a great option if you want to focus on your application code and not have to worry about the infrastructure to deploy it.

    I'm no type of pro or experienced person when it comes to this, I pushed everything to git and then tried to deploy a site straight form my git repo but always had an issue with my build dependencies, I followed you and got it done within a second. Appreciate your help!

    I've been using netlify to host react apps. I just import one from github and deeply it. I saw in the deploy log of netlify that it creates a build folder itself. Does my method have any implications? Can you please tell this.

    • @ArpanNeupaneProductions
      @ArpanNeupaneProductions  2 года назад +3

      If you want to update your site on Netlify, you have to run build again so that the changes are seen in the build folder. Then you can just drag and drop it :)
