Where is your off white summer lace top? Is there a pattern? Can you use this broomstick lace and stitch variations to make a top with a scoop neckline? Please send link to the top.

Blocking is when you use steam or water to "mold" the shape of the finished piece. The method of choice depends on the wool and the finished piece.
A scarf for example, can be soaked in water, and then laid out on a thick towel, shaped and pinned into the shape you want it to take. Once the item dries, it retains the shape.
