So does this work with short woman too ? I'm 5' 2 you ladies look slim and tall. I'm 104 and look more curvy not thick but a little thicker then you guys . I want to make sure this would work for us shorties as well. And yes I know about food ,water and how that all ties in.

This workout works on sadlle bags or not
Hey, Christine, where's the warm-up? You go straight into stretching cold muscles which as you know can cause injury. If you didn't have time in this workout to warm up, you should have told viewers to dance or walk around for a couple of minutes before going into the stretches.
i've been doing this from a week...it hurts😛😛 but it's working
did it work? are saddlebags gone?

@@Acer035 (15 min BURN THIGH FAT WORKOUT (NO JUMPING!) TO SLIM INNER THIGHS & LEGS) and any legs stretches and you may need to change your diet too....It took me 2 months to cure them.
