Story time!! I was always the "gifted child", which I feel like Gumi was as well, but as I grew older I came across more "gifted children" and it became harder and harder to live up to that expectation. Eventually something traumatic happened that caused a bit of brain damage and now I'm not good at anything I was before. At one point i was trying to relearn clarinet and I couldn't get it. I was so frustrated, and my section leader was extremely talented. When I first heard this song I was at that time in my life and I was so incredibly jealous of my section leader because I was trying so hard to be what everyone wanted me to be and he was just naturally like that. I am not sure if I am the only one but I found a connection between this song and graduation. graduation if from the perfect students point of view good that at every thing but shows the struggles. when this song is about that "gifted" student is from a bystanders view, seeing a happy student but at the same time envying that student. also I love your music and art keep it up. I just translated the entire song into Danish (my native language) for no particular reason. I modified the exact translation a bit to make it make sense and I put some contractions here and there (because the written danish language uses slightly more vowels than we do when we talk or sing casually) so that it would match the rhythm. It was pretty fun. Didn't expect to actually face so many challenges since we're somewhat related to the English but yeah idk what you'd use for it for but here it is. i tried google translating it back to english and the machine made a lot of errors. it mistranslated a couple of words and couldnt understand most of my contractions. i really like the original lyrics. thanks for making them :). What I find most interesting in this piece is that not many of the lines actually rhyme, or even come close to rhyming at times. Yet, despite this, it's still poppy and the message comes out clear. It's a very interesting piece of work indeed. Keep it up! :D
I love the melody and art to this song!! The tuning is also v nice ;u; I do have one criticism though- the song is kind of too repetitive. There's not enough change in the lyrics and melody and just the general way the song was constructed- it all kind of sounds the same. Gumi also doesn't have much note variation. That reminds me of drawing... I'm drawing since 6 years and there are always people coming which are saying "wow, your art is so amazing how is it possible to draw something like that" and then they are staring at my art, asking what every line i make is, or even worse "*laughs* this looks like....(put, i don't know, a bunny right here or something)" because of this I even stopped drawing outside my home because it is very uncomfortable and even stressing for me if someone stays the whole time next to me, is staring what i'm doing and is giving commentarys on everething I do and someone even once said to me "it's just talent" no it's not "just" magical talent that came out of nowhere, i practiced so much and putted so much effort and practicing into it to become better, not because someone from heaven did chosen me to be able to draw grrrr, i'm sorry

UNPOPULAR OPINION DONT BULLY ME IN THE COMMENTS BC OF WHAT I THINK: i feel like every female vocaloid is like better than Miku. dont get me wrong, i do still like her voice and am not trying to be rude but, i think her vocaloid is only popular and used a lot bc she was the first official anime vocaloid made. for example, The song "The snow white princess is..." sounds much better with Meiko's voice instead of the apposing Miku's voice and, a lot of ppl agree on that. i just feel like all the best vocaloids are extremely underrated bc everyone wants to use the most popular vocaloid.

I love the melody and art to this song!! The tuning is also v nice ;u; I do have one criticism though- the song is kind of too repetitive. There's not enough change in the lyrics and melody and just the general way the song was constructed- it all kind of sounds the same. Gumi also doesn't have much note variation. But I'd love to see your future songs!! You're v talented and have a lot of potential

That reminds me of drawing... I'm drawing since 6 years and there are always people coming which are saying "wow, your art is so amazing how is it possible to draw something like that" and then they are staring at my art, asking what every line i make is, or even worse "*laughs* this looks like....(put, i don't know, a bunny right here or something)" because of this I even stopped drawing outside my home because it is very uncomfortable and even stressing for me if someone stays the whole time next to me, is staring what i'm doing and is giving commentarys on everething I do and someone even once said to me "it's just talent" no it's not "just" magical talent that came out of nowhere, i practiced so much and putted so much effort and practicing into it to become better, not because someone from heaven did chosen me to be able to draw grrrr, i'm sorry

Me and my bff both are like this song: straight As, art talents, etc. She stayed to be the gifted, while I drifted far because I felt too lonely being the gifted one. I got friends, while she got the talents. Although I don’t have my talents anymore because of lack of practice, at least I got someone who knows the truth behind the popularity. i feel like every female vocaloid is like better than Miku. dont get me wrong, i do still like her voice and am not trying to be rude but, i think her vocaloid is only popular and used a lot bc she was the first official anime vocaloid made. for example, The song "The snow white princess is..." sounds much better with Meiko's voice instead of the apposing Miku's voice and, a lot of ppl agree on that. i just feel like all the best vocaloids are extremely underrated bc everyone wants to use the most popular vocaloid.
