    Hi I have seen other videos using epoxy products & vacuum chambers, but most mix and pour, but then cut to 24-48 hours later thank you for taking us with you. 👍🐝🌞

    It turned out nicely in the end. So who is Great White Carwash? Friend, family, customer?

    Great result mate!!! Everything is a learning experience for sure! That's an Aussie Great White Shark!!! :-) I've decided to have a go at a very small project for my first one! Is a vacuum chamber really needed? I get the impression that the microbubbles are going to be an issue for any size of pour?

    • @OutoftheWoodwork
      @OutoftheWoodwork  Год назад +1

      It made a big difference in micro bubbles for me. The first pour had them everywhere, but they're so small that you really have to be looking close.....and then you see them all! I would recommend a vacuum chamber if you can get your hands on one.

    I read your email before watching this, and I think you'd be making a huge mistake by never doing epoxy again. When we were kids and fell off our bicycles, did we get up and do it over and over and over until we didn't fall?? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Just because your first attempt got botched by a bug, don't walk away from it. This turned out really nice, and of course you're going to make a mistake here or there. Where would the wonderful world of woodworking be if Norm Abrams made a mistake and never did another project or home remodeling project??

      Good thoughts! I probably won't do one again just because I'm not really interested in it all that much. If the right project came around then...maybe
