Bro.. how do animate this stuff in flipaclip I swear bro the most annoying part about is the fact you have the redraw the frame again just so you can colour or shade it. Actually.. now that I think about It is there any other animation program that allows you to, you know.. have the paint bucket to refer to other layers just like clip studio?
