It's also not good for the mains. It would have to be kept under 6k because of the "too long" stroke.

Love it. Crazy big cubes on a Windsor block block. '85 was the last year they were carbureted so it's somewhat "correct" lol. Keep the variety coming. Whether 6-7 figure builds or garage-built you have a knack for picking out the coolest stuff on the L.A. streets. Keep it and I'll be watching every vid!

My 79 notch goes straight. I put a jet engine in it last spring, and the chicks really dig me.

Had 3.73’s in my car , then switched to 4.11’s, wooooooooooo weeeee!! Totall different animal!! I can only imagine how that thing pulls. By the look on my man’s face I see they are scary good with that setup

Gotta say owners throw around horse power numbers like it's nothing , if that was 700 horse those tires would not be grabbing 2nd like that , I owned foxes all my life from strokers to pro charged big block, my 331 alum head stroker shreds 2nd when I'm not trying to , on the same tire but mine is a 275 so it is tad smaller , that car looks to be about 400 at the tires , which is still a great number , 700 at the tire and you can do 60 mph burnouts , that car is hooking like it should at 400_450

Yeah it didn't make sense to me either. I was thinking 400-500 at the tire. Maybe more with a solid roller with crazy specs but not when shifting at a measly 7000. Love the car though. Would be fun to see it at the dyno or strip.
440 inch, 12:1, big cam (he mentions 750 lift and 7k), and what looks like a parker funnel web, 680-700 is very realistic with the right head, can't tell what the head is because it's painted. What is weird is the 750dp, if it was a 950 I wouldn't doubt it.

440 from a Windsor 351... I bet if the machine work is on point, put bracing in the right spots , good rods ,light pistons and one hell of a cooling system I can see it working.

Had an 85 with a 460/C6/100shot in the late 80s, tons of fun but too big for that engine bay
Couldnt smog it in Ca anymore so off it went

Trying to figure out how he is at that power level and what the combo is lol...I put a 393 in my Strawberry Coupe and love it. Got some head/exhaust upgrades but no time to do them!
@@damianlindsey6177 I'm putting myself through college at the moment so it'll be stock for a while, but it's still going to be a helluva lot better than the cologne V6 that was in it before. And any V8 swapped ranger is a cool ranger!

440ci stock block 351w = 4.060 bore/ 4.250 stroke= 440ci
watched this one at least 5 times today. id love to sit and drink some beers with this guy. got a new edge that i want to do this sort of build with....but life just keeps kicking us in the teeth. rad car and even better owner. dudes a driver too. good stuff.

427 cubic inch is easy with a 351 you can take it all the way out to 460 cubic inches

As a foxbody owner I love this guys mustang I'm in Detroit all I see flying around here are Dodge chargers and challengers. I remember when all we raced back in the day was foxbody mustangs, Camaros and Buick Grand nationals.
