Replacing Cement Retained Failing Bridge - Brighton Implant Clinic

Replacement of cement retained bridge with multi unit abutments and screw retained implant bridge. This patient presented at our clinic with failing implants on the lower arch, the cement retained implant restorations were failing badly. ⁠⠀

We removed the two lower failing implants and recommended replacing the upper implant bridges and crowns that were cement retained. Poor margins with excess cement were causing further bone loss. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
We removed the cement retained bridge on the upper left side and fitted #dess multi unit abutments. The patient had nobel active RP implants which were nicely integrated. After fitting the multi unit abutments using 30ncm of torque we took both analogue with pattern resin for added peace of mind and digital impressions using our #mediti500. ⁠⠀

We made full contour #aidite zirconia restoration on passive seating ti bases. The remaining restorations are to be replaced once we get back to work.⁠

It’s understandable all this treatment the only problem is the costs in UK for any dental treatment which is completely not affordable for the average patient in need unfortunately.

Hi Bruno I think you have answered my prayers I’ve been searching for a dentist for a couple of years basically I had 7 teeth implant bridge which has become lose I have suffered trauma abscess root canal I’m so devastated as I have visited a couple of dentists that I didn’t feel confident enough to have treatment I’m based in London also I do not want to go abroad Brighton isn’t a problem as I drive.I can send you updated X-ray.I absolutely love my bridge it’s given me a Hollywood smile and confidence look forward to hearing from you
