經過我練柔術的經驗，過half guard時有一個絕不能做的動作要分享給大家，而今次的概念雖然是基本但亦是所以過half guard的重要基礎
According to my bjj experience, there is a movement that must not be done when passing the half guard. Although the concept is basic but it is also an important fundamental for all half guard passes.
