Is it better to send them a controller with back buttons marked where your fingers sit, or are they close enough to natural for most people? Are those the xbox one thumbsticks?

Yes these are Xbox one thumbsticks and you can send it in with the case marked and just to play it safe I’d write a note to them telling them why the marks are on the controller 🤙🏽
