She was probably just using her cell phone. In April of the following year, when she was 12, she received her Neumann TLM102 and used it extensively after that. Here, no tricks, no autotune, no multiple takes, no equalization, etc., just pure beautiful voice and serious musical talent.
There usually are very little if any production treatments used with Angelina singing at these home videos. Just Angelina and a recording device usually a cellular phone or camcorder. Bobby's was always the 'Gold Standard' for this song. Angelina, by far, emulate's his style better than any female singer I have ever heard sing it. Once she becomes an adult, and her lungs have expanded, I sure would love to hear her do it.
I do not want to hear any other version ever again, Angelina has made this song her own, and now mine, and I have a very personal connection to Bobby Hatfield that I cannot talk about publicly… 😷
A girl her age shouldn't even be able to make a credible attempt at this difficult song much less this wonderful version. Having heard Angelina's most recent covers of different songs I see how she could improve on this and if she sang this one again today I think she would match or exceed Bobby's version although he set a very high bar.

YOUNG Angelina is sat there in her home, with a phone or camcorder in front of her, Knocks out her version like someone two or three times her age. Arguably the best female version out there. Pleas, be a bit more charitable.
She was 11, Bobby was around 30…she wasn’t attempting to do it “better” just doing what she does best, singing her rendition with her amazing voice…Bobby would be proud.
Elvis is a legend but you certainly cannot compare artists. Angelina was 11 years old here singing a song that has been done by males who are at least 20 years older with more fully developed voices than hers. Not only would the vast majority of 11-year-old girls not be able to convey the emotion Angelina does, but they wouldn't even be able to sing the song or do it any justice. One thing is that the righteous Brothers and Elvis sing this with full production. Angelina is singing this with just a cell phone camera and audio! I say both Elvis and Angelina are stellar in their performances and I appreciate both of them equally for what they bring.
