Pit Barrel Cooker is an awesome product and they are an awesome company. We just made some fire roasted salsa for a video, and you are correct, fire roasted vegetables are awesome!! I was surprised they took longer than the meat. Is there any issues with the vegetables touching the coals directly? These were some serious fajitas, nice cook!!!!
Hello Brian! I've cooked Fajitas plenty of times but this was my first time on the PBC. I actually saw it on my head and put it to action. Thanks for watching.👍🏼
FANTASTIC WORK! I just got a PBC... I like your ideas! It helps that you know your BBQ so compliments to the "swiss army knife" of cookers is really cool. I have all the accessories but I didn't know about those veggie skewers. Definitely my next purchase! PBC Butt coming up for the Super Bowl... Heck, I might throw some ribs on there too, or a roaster chicken!
Smokin' Joe's Pit BBQ I just smoked some gator tail tonight when I got in from filming Episode 6 of my pit build. Man that’s some good stuff with pecan and that Sucklebusters chicken rub!
Joe I love different types of cooking. Great job on those onions and peppers. That's a kinda smorgasbord of a bunch of pure goodness. Awesome cook buddy.
Sometimes you got to improvise. Love how you put the veggies directly on the fire. That looks really buddy. I need get me a drum smoker since it seems to be the new favorite for many people.
My PBC does a fantastic job on anything I cook in it. It's definitely a must have. The veggies were so tasty. Thanks for watching.👍🏼pitbarrelcooker.com/?ref=pkUFOF84Aq1r
Another great vid. I still haven't cooked skirt meat and in this video you mention that it comes as " inside " and "outside ". I did not know this. Love the skewers, I need to get some of those. And definitely need to get some char on the veggies. Well done,I'm going to have to do this sometime this summer. 🌞🌞🌞
That wasn’t a taco that looked like you were creating a burrito joe lol great video man and awesome cook! Those onions are bomb over an open flame cook!! 👍🏼
Looks amazing bro, just what I was looking for, gonna try and do a traditional south Texas carne asada on the pbc. This helps out tremendously keep up the great content.
Hey smoken Joe I love all of your recipes, I'm all the way from ringgold georgia, I just bought my first pit barrel, how do you arrange your fajitas on.the hanger hooks ,and keep them.from falling off??
Hello Jason! Great question buddy, I threaded the meat twice on each hook. I passed it once then folded the meat over and passed it a second time. This meat was really tender so it may have fallen off just hooking it once. Thanks for watching Jason!👍🏼
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ oh ok, thanks I'll definitely be trying that on my next cook on the pit barrel, your very welcome, have a blessed day, brother keep.the smoke rollin and them.great recipes coming!
Love this brother! I have a hanging rack for my WSM but haven’t used it lately. May have to pick up some of those skewers. Love the way you charred the veggies at the end. Stay safe and have a great week!

Yes sir Justin! So good bro!🤘
I make all my fajitas on the PBC but always on the grate. Not sure why I never considered hanging. Will definitely try this method with my next cook.
Hello Gabe! The crazy part is the bottom doesn't burn or over cook. They need to change the name to the Magic Barrel!👍🏼
