Armwrestling strength training is so much fun! I just wish I knew people close by that would like to spar on a table. I did a bunch of the armwrestling specific strength training for about six months once but didn't ever get on a table. I then went to a competition and went against a guy who did not look as strong as me, and who probably could not bench/squat/deadlift more then me. He beat me within 3 seconds! As soon as we locked up our grips I knew I was in trouble. That was the first and only time I was on a table and my arms felt like they were broke for about 2 weeks after...
I'm actually surprised and delighted they let you work it like that at a Planet Fitness (as ignorant as that may sound). Actually helps put a more positive perspective in my mind in case I ever visit one once again for a day or so. Yes, I realize I don't look like the type that would get kicked out anyways, I don't need all the hate comments.
DG boss simple wrist curls with light weight for 100-150 reps to have the blood in the arms. you should only do the exercise after 3-4 days of resting and not doing any kind of exercise to give time to your tendons to replace the dead cells.
For tendonitis I think the best to do is just rest... Tendonitis means inflamed tendons, so exercises will only make your inflamed tendons work, which is not good. Just give yourself a 1-2 week break and then start training slowly and at a low intesity.

@@checkone8794 yep. Devon said side pressure is the last thing you need. Back pressure, pronation and supination are more important. Too much side pressure can hurt you
i can only do like 13 pull ups, and i keep working out but I am not getting much better, even though I am looking bigger. what should I do? it has been weeks and I barely have improved, if at all. I am pretty sure I am on a good diet, I get a lot of protein.

Please can u give me exercises for forearm tendinitis. It’s preventing me from armwrestling at my best
